A gem!

Excellent experience, we were two families with children and the very kind lady prepared the entire apartment for us. Very convenient location for getting around both on foot and by metro. Excellent cleaning. Very well-kept rooms.

Last minute booking

Unexpected and last minute booking.
Mrs. Valentina, as well as her mother and Mrs. Rosa welcomed me impeccably, kind, discreet and attentive. The room was very nice, bright, spacious and very clean. I will recommend this little place to friends.

Schlechter Service!

Die Kommunikation erfolgt hier ausschließlich über WhatsApp und nur nach mehrfacher Nachfrage. Sowohl beim Einchecken, als auch beim Auschecken erhielten wir im Vorhinein keine Informationen. Hinzu kommt, dass das Personal kein Englisch spricht. Zusätzliche Zahlungen erfolgen ohne Rechnung und Kartenzahlung ist ebenfalls nicht möglich. Darüber hinaus besteht das Frühstück -welches als Inbegriffen ausgewiesen wird- lediglich aus einem Kaffee und einem kleinen Teilchen beim Bäcker. Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen!

Posto molto bello, situato in ottima posizione e proprietaria veramente gentile e alla mano.
Inizialmente può sembrare un po’ inquietante, ma tranquilli è solo impressione è davvero un bellissimo posto e stra consiglio.
Ps: portatevi un casco, perché sbatterete la testa minimo 40 volte
