Highly recommended...

One can only add a positive review, great location, ten minutes from downtown and ten minutes from the Maschio Angioino. Top floor, view from the Vesuvius salon.
The owner Patrizio, affable person, very kind who provided both to illustrate with detail where we could go, both in helping us in every practical need. Very clean rooms, standard breakfast. remains a landmark for a return visit to the city.

B&B in the center but not very comfortable

I stayed at this B&B at the end of May with a couple of friends.
The structure is located in a truly convenient position, right in the city center and just a few steps from Via Toledo.
The B&B is located on the eighth floor of a historic building and can be reached by an elevator that makes rather noticeable noises and creaks during the ascent and descent, which can be a bit unsettling.
The room was clean, although not particularly spacious. Additionally, the wall-mounted television was quite small and not very comfortable to watch from the bed.
The most negative aspect concerned the bathroom...disaster!!
The mirror lacked dedicated lighting, making tasks like applying makeup or shaving impractical.
Even more problematic was the use of the shower: the enclosure was really very small and access was awkward. A robust person would not have fit!!!
Also, the toilet's flush did not work optimally and was equipped with a pump that produced a very loud noise with each use, likely annoying even for guests in adjacent rooms.
For these reasons, I believe that the facility may be unsuitable for people of robust build and those sensitive to nighttime noises.
Breakfast was served by the owner and included a single huge croissant (only a sfogliatella upon request) and coffee made with a moka pot, kept warm in a thermos; no savory alternatives were provided, just some toasted bread with packaged jams.
Overall, the B&B can be a good option for those who wish to stay in the city center and conveniently reach the main attractions without having particular comfort needs, especially regarding the bathroom and breakfast.
Kudos to the owner, who was always very kind and helpful.

From gloves to B&Bs

B & B very close to the Toledo metro station, Vesuvius view, clean, basic and with Patrick, a very kind host, attentive and present.

Here we feel at home

We often return to Naples and seeing Mr. Patrick again is always a huge pleasure. After meeting him, about seven years ago, we no longer had any doubts from who to stay here in Napoli.Accogliente, considerate and kind as only he can be. Thanks as always for everything. AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I was in this b&b with my mother to participate together with some friends in the race of the city of Naples.
Little to say: Mr. Patrick's hospitality is nothing short of SUBLIME.
It makes you feel at home.
Room with Vesuvius view, large and comfortable bed.
Perfect bathroom and breakfast with hot croissants and rich in jam even the coffee was 10 elodes. And besides, Mr. Patrick is always ready to fulfill any possible wish.
If I return to Naples I will not need to decide where to stay definitely I will return here.
