We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was outstanding – Francesco was incredibly caring and made sure we felt at home throughout our visit. He even organized a late check-in and late check-out, which was super convenient for our flight schedule. The apartment is perfectly located in the historical city center, just a short walk from the metro and with a supermarket nearby. Daily cleaning was a nice touch and kept everything fresh. It’s great value for the money. Be sure to follow Francesco’s recommendations – every trattoria and local spot he suggested to try local cuisine was absolutely worth visiting. Highly recommend!

It's not all gold that glitters

I had a very bad experience with Francesco. He was not at all kind and helpful. Public transport delayed my arrival in Naples. During the trip the manager of the b & b had stated that he would wait for me, but within an hour of arrival he changed attitude requesting confirmation of the reservation only on condition that I cancel the reservation online to fall back on payment in cash, leveraging the late check-in. The receipt request annoyed him and, not only was I insulted, but he left me suddenly, at night, alone, with nowhere to sleep, canceling the reservation. I cannot say anything about the structure and I will not go into the merits. I highly recommend clarifying any conditions before arrival, only via official channels and written in black and white, never by telephone calls!
