At check out which is at 10:00 in the morning we were made kind enough to leave our luggage again a few hours

Hotel near the center, near the port terminals. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom excellent. Check in from 15:00 onwards but we arrived at 10:00 in the morning in Naples and they did us the courtesy of being able to leave the bags in the structure. We stayed two nights and everything was perfect.

No one was there to greet us, unlock doors, or provide keys. There is no airport shuttle. They required guest passports to be sent over WhatsApp as well as the tax payment. No staff was there at 9 am that was seen by any member of our party. They are within walking distance to the water but no view.

Think before you go

Hotel contacted 1 month before my stay. They're asking me to borrow my money for booking. In return I ask for confirmation by email. For 2 days I contact them without results to receive my confirmation. 2 days later I call them to cancel this reservation having received nothing and 1 hour later I am debited the entire stay i.e. 526 euros. Angry, I call them... They won't pay me back. Make your opinion ....

The location was very centralized to most attractions and shopping in Napoli, but the customer service was non-existent. We never received instructions for checking in. If the janitor had not bee there to help us, we would have been out on the street. No one ever answered the phone numbers or emails that were listed in the "contact us" link. There was no concierge service as advertised, no front desk coverage at all and the front desk, in fact, was just outside our room. These owners were ABSOLUTELY non-responsive to requests, service, etc. I would NOT recommend Barbarella Suites to anyone who appreciates customer service.

I did not like the set up of the washroom. It has balcony which probablysome people would love but we did not use it. Other than the washroom everythjng was good.
