The best hotel

Staff are very kind and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and daily cleaned. The food is delicious . Dinners are for Michelin stars ⭐️. In the bar there are really good barmans who make delicious cocktails .
We have been there for new years eve and they prepared the best night with excellent DJ and fireworks.
I highly recommend .

Spoiled by an unpleasant room

Good imaginative food. Lovely staff. Very nice swimming pools and spa area. Unfortunately spoilt for us by the most uncomfortable room with the view of the bins. We had no hot water until the evening of the second day and then had to run it for at least 10 minutes every morning before it would heat up. Heating came on automatically and could not be turned down which left the room airless and too hot for sleeping - eventually sorted out. The room felt like a hostel and anyone thinking of booking this for a family - it slept 4- should be aware that this would be very cramped. The bathroom was adequate but had an etched glass panel into the bedroom- dreadful design. I ended up absolutely hating room 150 and sadly it cast a pall over the whole holiday. There are better rooms so try to get an upgrade.

Perfect.

Amazing! The hotel is sublime, natural decoration in stone and wood, just beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very kind. The spa is really great, nice and conducive to relaxation. The bar is super nice too. There is plenty to see or do in this part of Italy. It was a wonderful holiday!

Fabulous hotel

Fabulous hotel. Excellent outdoor pool and sunbed area with a stunning outlook. We didn’t use the indoor spa but it looked great and very clean. We thought the breakfast was very good and decided to have the set dinner on both nights. The menu was on the table at breakfast and has a choice of first and second courses. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. All the staff were excellent and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable with a small balcony which we often sat on. We hope to return.
