Good accommodation, a little friendlier and it would be perfect.

Good accommodation, a residence in a central and quiet location, unremarkable. Spacious apartments with somewhat spartan but complete furnishings. Countless coat hangers were much appreciated. Stovetop with all the basics except for pot holders. Good sleep quality, although for me the pillow was a bit hard, but that is subjective. The balcony with a wonderful view of Monte Civetta is recommended. The welcome was a bit cold and gives the impression of rigidity regarding schedules and rules. Reasonable price.

Beautiful structure but something to review

Beautiful and well furnished apartment. Excellent location both in winter (structure allows you to reach cable car on foot) and in summer. Well-stocked kitchenette. Ample free parking. Late check-in at 4pm is understandable but check-out at 9am is a bit out of standard in comparison with most facilities that allow check-out by 10am. The thing that left us puzzled is the staff who are very cold and intrusive. During our stay with the excuse of having to check the box the lady with our permission entered the apartment but rather to check shower cubicle she allowed herself to open the doors with our personal belongings inside and make a comment that on the tiles there was a dirty shoeprint (note that we just returned from hiking and that day it was raining). At least one more chair on the balcony would be appreciated. There's only one that forces another person to stand.

stuff is arrogant

the only thing what is ok is the location!
stuff is arrogant, all the time angry!if you ask something the are anwering quick and total unfriendly!
heating is not working well!
the offered extras wich are included in price are not allowed to enjoy -they say it is house rule!What???

The stuff is very unfriendly,,, almost arogant!location is good! Ambient is ok! The have spevial house tules and fo not offer what you are paying for! Spa.. sauna… indoor game room.. salon room… ! Everything closed becsuse of house rules! All neigbour hotels with this factilities had it open!and after asking the suff is angry and unfriendly

location is very good

-the stuff is very unfriendly! they offer in price a spa, indoor game rooms,big salon- at the arrival( of corse prepayed)-they inform that all is locked - beacuse of their house covid regulations ( not satate regulations). all other hotels in the town had it open.
