A rejuvenating vacation, and we felt at home.

I must say that my husband and I never return to places and hotels we have visited before. Last year, by chance, we came to Teresa, and seeing the beautiful vacation we had the previous year, we returned, adding more days. What can I say, this year too, all the staff, along with David and Maria Teresa, transformed our vacation into a true relaxation break. A high-level stay with all the comforts, but in a very family-like atmosphere with an unmistakable quality-price ratio. The breakfasts and dinners satisfy even the most discerning palates. I am an excellent cook, and you can tell that all the products used are local and of excellent quality. The Ladin evening and the evening with the strudel buffet were amazing. Do not miss the beautiful excursions proposed by David with itineraries suitable for less-known places to tourists. What can I say... Thanks to Leonardo, Piero, and Giuseppe for pampering us throughout our stay. We will definitely return.

Bad example of hospitality.

### Negative review
While staying in San Vigilio, we rented an apartment adjacent to the Hotel Teresa property and, by prior agreement with the owner, we had purchased a package including 6 breakfasts for 2 adults and 4 dinners. Up until this evening, we had been having a good time.
Unfortunately, the last dinner, the one on August 14th, had a, to say the least, disconcerting conclusion.
We arrived at the restaurant around 8:45 PM. We have a 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and precisely to allow her to eat at home first, that evening we were a little later than usual. As soon as we entered and arrived at the buffet, a young man, who I presume to be the manager — he didn't even introduce himself, in fact — informed us in a brusque and peremptory tone that dinner was served at 7:30 PM, that the kitchen was now closed, and that we therefore had to leave.
I perfectly understand that a facility has hours and that these must be respected. What I do not consider acceptable is the way in which such a situation is handled, especially towards customers who had already agreed to a service that also included that dinner.
A minimum of politeness, availability, and sensitivity would have been enough to handle the situation differently. Instead, we simply felt sent away, without any alternative or attempt to accommodate the customer.
The result was that we had to return without having dinner. Furthermore, having to subsequently settle the bill for previous consumption, it got even later, and we were no longer able to find an open restaurant where we could eat.
I was sincerely stunned: such a situation does not seem worthy of an accommodation facility to me, especially regarding customer care and the ability to handle unforeseen events with common sense.
A real shame, because the friendliness and professionalism shown by the waiters inside the facility certainly deserve a positive note, but they are unfortunately overshadowed by the management received on this occasion.
**Definitely negative final experience and, as far as we are concerned, a facility we do not feel we can recommend. A terrible example of hospitality management.**

Excellent stay

My partner and I booked a stay for a week, but given the magnificent stay, we decided to extend our vacation. We felt right at home.. David (the owner) is a welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful person and an exceptional guide who took us along with Elena (nature guide) to discover unknown itineraries. As for the dining, everything was extremely taken care of down to the smallest details. Excellent, quality food and very kind and well-trained dining room staff. We will definitely be back❤️

GREAT CHOICE...

Stopped by chance at this pastry shop after arriving from an excursion for a refreshing snack. Fantastic strudel and excellent quality ice cream. Friendly service from the girl who served us. Fair prices. If you pass by here, top refreshment point. Highly recommended

Top stay

Unfortunately, we were only there for 2 nights. I found no flaws. Excellent welcome from the girl who kindly and precisely explained everything upon our arrival. Free parking, hotel in the center. Spacious room, we were granted a spectacular upgrade. Rich and abundant breakfast with sweet and savory options. Refined dinner with a selection of assorted dishes from the buffet appetizer to dessert. Free pool and wellness included. They have an amazing pastry shop and ice cream parlor... The only downside for me was the bed being too short: I am 6'3" and the length was not sufficient... however, it was an exceptional stay... I will definitely return to this Dolomite paradise.
