A very pleasant surprise.
It was a beautiful experience, thanks to the friendliness of the owners and the comfort of the facility. Excellent cuisine, functional and well-maintained rooms, large pool with a view of the Marche countryside. Spectacular view!

Needs improvement
Very cold welcome, the pool was positive, the food was good and well-prepared, but it is unacceptable to rent a room totally devoid of a window; we stayed for three nights in the middle of July, an air ventilator that wasn't cool that the owner expected to be paid for separately, he granted it to us for free after our complaints due to the lack of a window, the access door was a solid wood door, too bad about the room, otherwise not bad

che la Sua prenotazione super low cost, in quanto tale, prevedesse l'aria condizionata come extra è scritto, insieme all'importo, "nero su bianco", nell'allegato alla conferma di prenotazione in Suo possesso e, il fatto di averne goduto gratuitamente non è merito delle Sue rimostranze ma della nostra cortesia!
Di persona e in loco ci siamo confrontati sul tema "porta finestra" e pensavo che avesse capito. Visto che, con recensione pubblica, ritorna sull'argomento, pubblicamente replico per informazione Sua e, soprattutto, di Chi legge ( potenziale viaggiatore interessato a soggiornare) che, dal punto di vista normativo, una camera da letto deve avere finestra o porta finestra che svolge contemporaneamente la funzione di porta e finestra.
Visto che il Recensore non specifica la camera occupata, è dotata di scuroni in legno abbinati a porta finestra vetrata a norma di legge la matrimoniale Deluxe Beniamino Gigli di cui, nel sito web della struttura, sono pubblicate foto e caratteristiche.
Villa Scuderi è una Villa di campagna di fine 700, ristrutturata nel 2010 nel rispetto dell'originalità architettonica ed adibita dal 2011, con successo, ad attività extra-alberghiera, con camere tutte diverse tra loro.
I moderni alberghi commerciali, forse, possono essere per tutti; Villa Scuderi, sicuramente no!

Few merits, many flaws
I assign two stars exclusively for the view among the hills and sunflower fields and for the kindness of the lady, who prepares excellent food.
For the rest, the experience was decidedly negative. The welcome started off very poorly, with the phrase: "You are with Smartbox, you do not have air conditioning, nor a pool, and a maximum of 4 courses for two." I will never understand the aversion towards those who use these gift boxes: it should be an opportunity for advertising and to build loyalty with new customers, not an excuse to treat them as second-class guests.
In the room, it was 95 degrees. The thermostat read 30 degrees, but it felt much warmer. If a facility presents itself as high-level, the minimum is to provide a room at an adequate temperature and then possibly turn off the air conditioning if you do not want the extra. Fortunately, we did not have children or our dog with us. The owner generally displayed a rather questionable spirit of hospitality for someone trying to do this job.
Note of demerit for the boy in the room (I believe the son): completely immature and unprofessional attitude. He expected us to pass him the plates while staring at us until we did so. Additionally, he made inappropriate and not at all funny jokes. When asked about the available desserts, he replied, "four slaps?" Later, when called for information about the ingredients, he approached the table saying, "never dare to call a God again." An unacceptable confidence for someone doing this job since I am neither his friend nor his brother, but a customer.
Finally, the costs: we paid €56 extra just for the covers, two waters, a dessert, and air conditioning for two and a half days. A crazy amount, especially after already paying €40 extra to upgrade the Smartbox to stay at this facility. I do not recommend it and I will not return.

Ideal for relaxation and visiting the Leopardian sites.
On the hills of Recanati, surrounded by a splendid 360° view, this welcoming structure stands.
From the courtesy of the owners to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, from the carefully curated decor to the exteriors with a pool and magnificent garden overlooking the exceptional view, we truly had a great time! We left Villa Scuderi with a heavy heart and recommend it to everyone!
