Hotel Murmann is 200 metres from the beach at Fiumicello and has its own roof garden and pool. A shuttle service is available from the port and the station. Rooms are airy and modern at the Murmann Hotel, with an LCD TV.

Excellent breakfast and comfortable stay
Nice looking hotel on the outside, pool area is comfortable to relax by.
The rooms inside are fairly small and quite a bit older. Bed was ok but not the most comfortable and only had a sheet on top no duvet.
Bathroom was tiny – no storage or bench space which made it difficult.
Breakfast was excellent, staff bring your choices out fresh and there is a wide variety of options to choose from.
They offer pool side drinks in the afternoon which is great.
We were charged for borrowing pool towels to take off premises for 2 hours. However this wasn’t explained at the time and was a shock to pay this on check out.
No shuttle available in June 2026 which was also disappointing. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the port where there are a lot more restaurants to choose from.

We explained that our towels are provided exclusively for use at the swimming pool. The charge applied was not simply for borrowing the towels, but to cover the special laundering and sanitization process required after beach use, as towels exposed to saltwater and sand require a different treatment than those used only by the pool.
We also regret that our shuttle service was not available during your stay. We understand this may have been inconvenient and appreciate your feedback.

Very nice hotel! Nice room with fantastic view. À la carte breakfast was very well made. If you have a car this is a very good place to stay!

Nice and cosy Hotel
Nice place, cosi rooms and a good service. The hotel is typical italian holiday style, with individually designed rooms, a service breakfast and a nice pool. The hotel is located nearby one of the Maratea Beaches, but not within walking distance.

A wonderful stay from start to finish!
Italy is known for its warm and welcoming people; but the staff at Hotel Murmann are on another level! Hard working, kind, considerate and helpful; these folks set the bar high and go above and beyond to meet it every day. The property is beautiful - it is immaculate and well

The welcome we received at the hotel was fantastic. A really well run, clean hotel. We had a very relaxing stay and all of the team were incredibly helpful throughout the stay. A great pool and a brilliant breakfast.
