Top-notch hotel.
We stayed for four nights and had a great time. Very welcoming staff. High-level cuisine and a pool on the fourth floor with a spectacular view. Excellent cleanliness. They even gave us a 100 euro voucher for a future stay of at least 3 days. Really thank you so much Highly recommended.

Fantastic vacation of relaxation and pampering.
Excellent facility. Beautiful room. Excellent food. Very kind staff, attentive to needs. Beautiful skypool with a spectacular view. Perfect location for all needs.

A wellness oasis in the midst of the South Tyrolean mountains
A relaxed and family-run modern hotel that is aware of its traditions and delivers on its promises. We felt completely comfortable.

Perfect for people and dogs – hospitality at the highest level.
The hosts are not only guest-friendly but also exceptionally dog-friendly – and that is exactly how we would like to start our review.
Guests with dogs can feel completely welcome and well taken care of here. The four-legged friends are explicitly welcome. We received a table in the "living room" with a breathtaking panoramic view – it is absolutely understandable that dogs are not allowed in the actual dining area.
The reception was straightforward, quick, and very competent. You receive the GuestCard for the region directly, along with helpful information about hiking and excursion options.
The host himself stands behind the bar – and you can tell that: His cocktails are excellent. The lady of the house, together with the service team, ensures the well-being of the guests with great dedication and warmth.
Location:
Like many houses in the region, the hotel is situated on a hill – the view is correspondingly impressive. Parking spaces are located right outside the door, and there is also the option to charge an electric car.
Ideal for dog owners: There are numerous meadows around the hotel for small and larger walks. Dog waste bag dispensers are also readily available. In addition, there are numerous hiking opportunities, and bikes can be rented at the mountain station.
Rooms:
Our room was absolutely spotless – the cleanliness is particularly noteworthy. The amenities left nothing to be desired: walk-in shower, separate toilet (in our category) – simply top-notch.
Kitchen:
South Tyrol is known for its cuisine – and here you experience it in full variety.
The breakfast offers a rich selection: various breads and rolls, several types of sausage and ham, juices (including freshly squeezed options with a juicer), freshly prepared egg dishes, pancakes, and a large selection of cereals. Here, everyone really finds something – and that in the best quality.
In the afternoon, a snack follows – basically coffee and cake, daily with four different desserts.
Dinner:
A 5-course menu that can be selected the night before. Whether meat, fish, or pasta – the selection is diverse and of high quality. If something does not appeal, it is not a problem at all: The kitchen quickly prepares an alternative – even without extra charge.
The selection of wines and cocktails is outstanding – there is truly nothing lacking.
Service:
A house can only be as good as its team – and everything here is simply perfect. Service and kitchen operate at the highest level: attentive, warm, and professional.
Sauna & Pool:
We did not use the sauna, but it made a very nice and well-kept impression.
The absolute highlight, however, is the infinity pool: The view into the valley and of the mountains is simply breathtaking. There are plenty of loungers and cozy seating options available.
We have now had the pleasure of being guests at Ambet for the second time – and it certainly will not be the last time.
We wrote this review with great passion because this house with its excellent team is simply something very special.
