Ottima scoperta!
L’ambiente e’ rustico, tipico toscano, inserito nel contesto di un antico borghetto in cui, oltre al ristorante, hanno ricavato anche più di 30 camere. Nonostante l’ambiente sia molto raffinato il personale preparato e disponibile rende il servizio accogliente e famigliare, sembra proprio di essere a casa godendo però della bellezza di tutta la campagna toscana circostanze che è come se ci inglobasse facendoci sentire un tutt’uno con il luogo.
Oltre al servizio eccellente anche la cucina è ottima, piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave moderna, un connubio vincente!
Il rapporto qualità delle materie prime e prezzo è giusto, per cui io non solo ve lo consiglio ma sicuramente tornerò di nuovo a mangiarci.
