Great experience

We stayed one night.... I would say very comfortable, central, well furnished, air conditioning appreciated.... And especially willing to accommodate my last-minute emergency... Definitely Recommendation to those who want a good and practical place to visit Lucca!

Maximum incorrectness

Terrible experience, maximum unfairness.
I booked a room for a concert at the next Lucca Summer festival 2024, online for €78 via booking. Reservation regularly confirmed by credit card.
The property contacted me privately, which was not foreseen by Booking, to ask me to cancel the reservation as they would close the business permanently. The news turned out to be false because the property was still bookable online. They contacted me again to ask me to cancel the booking, I didn't feel like doing so, because it was clear that they wanted to increase the price in view of the concert. At that point the property speciously canceled the booking, citing problems with the credit card, which I proved to booking did not exist. When I complained, the facility responded that they no longer had any rooms available. Today those same rooms are available at the price of €390 for the same evening.
Booking customer service has accepted my dispute and will reimburse me for the costs I will have to incur to find another accommodation.
Guest house in the center proved to be incredibly unfair.

Buonasera ci Stiamo muovendo legalmente con richiesta danni in quanto questa recesnsione è diffamtoria per la struttura e completamente falsa
La prenotazione stata cancellata per carta di creditro non valida da booking come da procedura regolare e testimonianza booking il resto tedlefonate ecc tutto inventato .
Quindi tutto regolare nessuna scorrettezza da parte nostra .

Good location and quiet at night.

Good location and clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet at night and air con was effective. Room could have benefited from mirrors in the bedrooms as the only one was in the bathroom. Shower slightly mouldy but decent water pressure. Plenty of storage space for clothes in double wardrobes with 4 drawers underneath. Handy for bus station and for the city walls.

PREZZO ESAGERATO

La camera era buona, la posizione ottimale e la pulizia anche.
Ciò che ci ha lasciati davvero perplessi e' il rapporto qualità-prezzo ECCESSIVO PER UNA NOTTE!
Come si può chiedere 213 euro in camera matrimoniale per 1 solo pernotto SENZA colazione in una camera molto spartana?
CI DISPIACE MOLTO, anche perché l'accoglienza è stata gradevole .

Consigliato!

Ho prenotato questa struttura per i miei parenti che vivono fuori regione. Qualità-prezzo più che ottima.. Con poco ho garantito loro un soggiorno confortevole e un'impeccabile accoglienza.
Grazie di tutto, pur avendo riaperto da poco come spiegato durante il check-in, era tutto perfetto.
Consiglio senza dubbio.
