Place of the heart in Pavia

It is the third time we stay in this structure, for us and our boys it is home, clean and well equipped room, well-kept breakfast, with every day a fresh and different cake. All this together with the courtesy and kindness of the manager lead us to highly recommend it for all families who in simplicity want to find a little home

Great stay in

I stayed in this BeB for the proximity to the cnao, the center, the supermarkets, the structure is located in a strategic point, travel is easy. Great stay, breakfast very plentiful and cared for, congratulations to Francis for the professionalism and hospitality.

Optimal stay

I have been staying at the B&B for 10 years now and I have always found in the person of Francesco the manager, availability, friendliness, seriousness and hospitality.
The property is in an excellent position to reach the main hospitals (7/8 minutes by car) and the center of Pavia. The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The breakfast that is offered is of excellent quality.

Away from pavia and hospitals

I am baffled every time I read the reviews about this place, not understanding how to enhance its centrality. I had the opportunity to ascertain, during a trip that certainly can not be defined as pleasure, that this b & b is absolutely not close to the center of Pavia, let alone the Maugeri. It takes about 15 minutes by car on a fast-moving road. On foot you are out of this world. Nearby restaurants are unreliable. Nothing to say about cleanliness. Breakfast just enough.

Se leggere le recensioni degli altri ospiti TUTTE con giudizi buoni e ottimi la " sconcerta " smetta di leggerle !
La posizione del b&b è correttamente segnata sulla mappa e basta leggere l'indirizzo per capire che non siamo in centro a Pavia e comunque nel dubbio avrebbe potuto chiedere prima di prenotare.
La preghiamo però di non fornire false informazioni:
- per raggiungere il polo ospedaliero e la Fondazione Maugeri occorre la metà del tempo da lei indicato ( circa 8 minuti )
- non siamo " fuori dal mondo " e come lei stesso afferma ci sono diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze
Inoltre un grande centro commerciale e una multisala cinematografica sono a 10 minuti, un supermercato e la farmacia a 2 minuti... a piedi !!!
Infine spendo una parola per i ristoranti che lei giudica TUTTI, genericamente e senza motivare, inaffidabili !!!
Dato il suo brevissimo soggiorno mi chiedo se il giudizio sia frutto della sua esperienza diretta o piuttosto della sua immaginazione...?

Perfect stay

Really perfect stay, very spacious and comfortable room, perfect cleanliness and kindness from booking until departure. Breakfast very nice, even for us who had reported food intolerances. Absolutely recommended
