Exceptional hospitality, spotless accommodation, and a truly welcoming family atmosphere.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. The hotel is immaculate — our room was cleaned to perfection every single day, with care and attention to detail. It’s clear that the owners take enormous pride in maintaining the highest standards.
The service was exemplary. Even though we needed to use Google Translate at times, communication with the hotel manager was easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful, always going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. That genuine warmth made such a difference to our stay.
Breakfast each morning was a highlight. There is an excellent selection of both sweet and savoury options included in the cost, and the owner personally prepares fresh omelettes to order — such a lovely touch. The coffee was delicious, and being in Livigno, the duty-free shopping nearby is an added bonus.
For skiers, the location is fantastic. The ski lift is right outside the hotel, and you can even purchase your lift pass there, which makes everything so convenient. There is ski hire directly across the road, which made our entire experience seamless and stress-free.
The hotel is located away from the town centre, which we actually appreciated for its peaceful atmosphere. However, if you don’t have a car, be aware that the shuttle bus runs intermittently, so it’s important to check the timetable in advance.
Overall, this hotel offers exceptional hospitality, spotless accommodation, and a truly welcoming family atmosphere. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay and would happily return in a heartbeat.

Top Quality Accommodation.Hard to fault.Shiny new feel throughout.
Breakfast buffet has good choice in the European style. Have eaten in their restaurant and found a great selection of local style dishes.
Not in the centre of Livigno but if you have come to ski as I have the location is perfect.
