The room is correct, but the Welcoming... is another story.

The room is correct, but the Welcoming... is another story.
As soon as I arrived, I was taken away without explanation, as if it was normal to keep it. When I ask to get it back (which is my right, by the way), I am reluctantly returned, with a cold look like winter. No excuses, no explanations, just misconceptions.
I didn’t come here to beg for my own document, or to suffer this kind of passive-aggressive attitude. We're a customer, not a number to check.
One thing is certain: I will not forget the icy Welcoming and the total lack of professionalism.
If you like to be treated with a minimum of respect, look for another place. There are plenty where you can still say “hello” without looking up to the sky.

very good value for money! i would recommend if you don’t need something special more than good sleep and shower. Breakfast isn’t a real breakfast bit coffee is perfect!
