Peace and relaxation a stone's throw from Livorno

We stayed at this B&B for two nights and the experience was really positive. Our accommodation was in the annex, with a small garden right in front of the room: perfect for relaxing outdoors. The property is located in a quiet area, away from the traffic of the city of Livorno, ideal for those seeking peace and silence. Clean and comfortable rooms, Friendly Welcoming and family atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

A beautiful place to stay for a few days close to the seaside

Nice B&B very quite place up on the hill’s close to Montenero . Sleeping in a cool basement. The room a small kitchen and table for having breakfast and couch to watch TV. In the garden you have a nice view to the city and seaside. With owner we had only contact by email

Stop in Livorno waiting for the ferry

Good room, breakfast.
the path to the rooms is not very easy especially if you have luggage
Complicated parking and narrow streets suitable for small cars,
The garden in front of the rooms could be better looked after

Great view, friendly hosts

Lovely garden with garden furniture, stunning view at the sunset over the sea, fridge, coffee machine and tea kettle in the room along with the basics for the breakfast needs. Very close to Livorno.
There is no privacy. Curtains barely cover this mostly glassy structure the owners built as b&b. Very worn down inside. We could not get tv to work ( tiny computer screen facing the entrance, not the room :))

Unprofessionalism

We had made a reservation one month ago, and when we got there it was closed, we had to call by phone the owner, who told us it was a error, that we did not have any reservation and that he was in Rome. Reach the b & b is complicated by car, it is far from Livorno and poorly signposted. ZERO.

Tranquilli non scappo da nessuna parte, io abito nella casa adiacente alla B&B.
Dovendo voi prendere il traghetto al mattino presto mi sembrava giusto farvi pagare subito.
Mi scuso per il malinteso, purtroppo c'è stato un errore nel sistema.
Comunque abbiamo risolto tutto per il meglio.
Non avendo soggiornato da noi come può esprimere giudizi sulla struttura?
