A quality lunch

the group of DLF Ancona had lunch in this structure on March 14 with a group of 50 members who shared making me participate, the pleasure of having tasted the quality of the cuisine (of the first fantastic especially the risotto!) and on the same floor they could see the kindness, friendliness and skill of the staff in the room who served impeccably. We had asked for a fast service for problems of travel times and they satisfied us perfectly without this making us miss the excellent quality of lunch. Rarely have I found such facilities in my assignment as a companion, and so I thank the Management and all the staff hoping to be able to return. I recommend it to those passing nearby and those looking for a quality restaurant. Marco

Worst hotel I have stayed in!

Just left this hotel this morning and promised I wouldn't go back!
Firstly the staff are rude, patronising and horrible. We arrived Friday night for a 3 night stay and didn't sleep a wink. The meal they served us looked and tasted like pork but they insisted it was chicken (we asked multiple waiters), there are chefs in our party who said it was pork.
Saturday after having a trip out to Sorrento came back to loud music until half 12 in the morning, I called down to be hung up on and called again asking when the music would stop as it was keeping us awake on the 3rd floor.
Last night the meal was appalling! Two people in our party didn't like pork so we asked for an alternative, they were given tomato and mozzarella. We were served sausage pasta as a starter (a select few were offered seconds and we had to ask for cheese), then we were served pork in gravy with peas...just peas until the salad arrived towards the end of the dish (gravy with salad and dressing?) then for pudding they gave us 2 scoops of ice cream this was the only nice thing.
The toilet in the room is loose, bathroom door wouldn't close neither would the shower door. Bedroom door itself took us half an hour to get into and even then didn't lock when we left the room, one of the people in our party returned to find their bedroom door open!
Breakfast wasn't replenished, the eggs although in a pan on a hot plate we're cold and when asking for a bowl for cereal the staff were rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, go over the hill to Hotel Verdi instead where it is worth the money.

Attention Courtesy Pleasant stay

We stayed there with a group of friends and we all enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the good food, the breakfast with delicious cakes and fresh produce. But what delighted our stay was the feeling of home thanks to the kindness of all the staff, Simone, and, in particular, Mr. Walter who followed us with great grace and professionalism demonstrating uncommon skills in knowing how to welcome guests. We will be back

4 stars for the great location.

The structure is modern and in good condition. Its strength is the extreme proximity to the A1 motorway (about 200 meters from the tollbooth) but despite this it must be pointed out that it is very quiet. The rest is of excellent quality. Near the hotel there are several commercial facilities, as Anagni is about 6 kilometers away and is a typical medieval town, that is with ancient houses, narrow passages, alleys, cobbled streets, ZTL and few parking lots in the center. Returning to the hotel, it consists of a main body where all the services are located and a side annex. The problem with the annex is that it does not have a dedicated and/or internal connection to the main body and you must necessarily cross the parking lot (by the way, it is very large for both cars and buses). If the weather is not favorable (hot, cold, wind or rain) crossing from the annex to the hotel body back and forth is a stress and a nice climatic excursion, so you have to dress / have fun or bring the umbrella as needed and for a few meters. Let's go back to the description of the structure: modern, cozy, clean and in good condition. The common areas are large and well maintained too. The rooms are not exactly huge (the bathroom is, perhaps too much so) but they all have good decor even if the color of the walls may not be liked by many. At the windows there are no shutters or blinds but only blackout curtains. So a little light always filters in. There are adjustable air conditioning in the room, full minibar, safe, telephone, hairdryer and strange but true a rich "courtesy set" in the bathroom, which is rare to find nowadays. Cleaning and change of towels / shower towels is daily. Breakfast is buffet style but not very varied and can be improved, lunch and dinner quite rich but with a limited choice. Excellent carbonara and red wine. Fast check-in and the staff is very friendly. Recommended as a stopping point during long journeys to recover from fatigue. However to keep in mind if we return to those parts.
