I often come to Rome for work, but nothing makes me happier than being able to stay at Tenuta Cusumano, just 20 minutes from Rome.
Stunning location, park, pool, incomparable view of Rome, tranquility, beautiful rooms, the owner Maurizio is very accommodating, breakfast is prepared on the spot and of top quality, I can only say.. Try it!

Rome at your feet...
What a wonderful place! Our experience at Tenuta Cusmano was truly unforgettable. As soon as we arrived we felt enveloped by an atmosphere of peace and serenity: the nature around gives a feeling of total relaxation, the private pool is an intimate and private corner, and the view of Rome... simply breathtaking!
We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and each of us has found here his own corner of happiness: the children have lived carefree days in the open air, while we adults have allowed ourselves precious moments of tranquility, away from everyday stress.
Special thanks go to Maurizio, the owner: an extraordinary person, welcoming, always kind and ready to listen to the needs of his guests. With his availability and his smile made our holiday even more beautiful.
Tenuta Cusmano is a place that remains in the heart, a magical refuge in which to regenerate. We have no doubt: we will definitely be back! ❤️

The most magical place ever!!!! Quiet, Gorgeous views, Green, Beautiful Estate!
We have spent many years travelling and it would be difficult to find a nicer, more accommodating host than Maurizio! He has lived in the area for a long time so he knows all the best places and he will be happy to recommend them.
The estate is set on beautiful grounds with a view of Rome in the distance and the ocean. The grounds are gorgeous and the landscape incredibly beautiful. The pool is large, although the water can be a bit fresh when off season. The town center is a 25 minute walk away and well worth a visit.
Next to the pool is a beautiful synthetic grass court and the local tennis pro is more than happy to come and hit with you!
The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. We stayed in one of the suite. The bedroom was very large and the bathroom had a full bathtub with a very modern shower, it’s own window, double sink etc…
If you are missing something, Maurizio will surely have a spare one! The breakfast was perfect – fresh ingredients and omlettes cooked to order.
Definitely one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at and we plan to return later this year.

Unique experience
We came today for the first time to this location .. we enjoyed the entire day of the pool .. and I feel like writing with certainty that I HAVE NEVER SEEN A PLACE SO BEAUTIFUL .. I highly recommend it .. owner of a kindness, friendliness, thoughtfulness of other times .. we will recommend to everyone your structure and we wish you every furtuna .. STUNNING, CHARMING, RELAXATION!
HUGE THANK YOU MAURIZIO! You made us all so welcome, we loved our stay at Tenuta Cusmano, stunning scenery, a slice of traditional Italian charm. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and tennis court, it was nice to relax after a busy couple of days in central Rome. Also big thanks to the talented lady making delicious breakfasts for us and ensuring our rooms were spotlessly clean.
We recommend Taverna Della Spuntino in Grottaferrata for a delicious meal, and Frascati worth a trip for shops and gelato! Hire car recommended.
