The hotel itself was brilliant. The staff were so helpful before and during my stay. The room was clean, very spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a cold buffet of cake, pastries etc and set me up for the day.
The hotel very helpfully warned me that it is not in the tourist part of Genoa, and I would not advise walking around this particular area and the area is noisy but the hotel provide earplugs. However, this is not the hotel’s fault and I got taxis to the hotel and then into Genoa and it was fine.
I would stay here again.

As a solo female, I didn’t feel particularly safe as when I arrived I gained access with a qr code and my room key was just left on the side with someone else’s. There is also no deadbolt on the door and when the taxi driver told me not to go out at night, it wasn’t great. The room itself was compact but fine. Shower was nice, good pressure. Comfortable bed. Basic but nice breakfast.

Bad.

The only positive thing is the kindness of the girl at reception. Shabby rooms. Minimal decor and even not complete old. The published photos are deceiving. Cold absurd because despite being in the middle of winter they do not turn on the heating. Really unjustifiable price for what is the whole structure. Never ever again

The galley: no air conditioning with 40°

We stayed there on June 12th: Very nice staff
Minimalist breakfast for a 3-star, served in a tiny room.
Paid private parking, elevator
Comfortable room but, super filthy air conditioner that produced no fresh air (it was 40 °). We had to open the window at night but the street was super noisy: We did not sleep!!!! and no commercial gesture was proposed!
We had booked for our return (June 27) but we cancelled.
