Took some doing to find the office. After some bumbling around, a kindly tenant told me what floor it was on. Convenient to the historic center, but not to the train station.

Our room (Room #1) was spacious enough for 2 people for our 1-night stay. We had problems with the heating system working properly. I reported it to the man at reception because it was freezing in our room - he came in, it took him a few minutes to get it to work, then he left, and then it got too hot and we had problems getting it to cool off. It would have been helpful if he would have showed us how to properly operate the remote control (although my husband is a heating system installer, retired after working in this field for more than 45 years). Instead, I got the feeling that the man at reception thought we were idiots (by his attitude and look on his face), which we are not. The bed was way too soft - we think it is old and needs replacing. There is mold in the shower stall. The woman at reception took a while to check us in; I am not sure of the problem. The hotel is conveniently located to Piazza De Ferrari, and not far from the train station and airport.

Pure crap

The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and does not justify the rating it has. In addition to being a very old structure, I found a serious lack of respect for the rules: the smell of smoke coming from the adjacent room invaded mine, making it impossible to rest. I was forced to leave, but the owner was unwilling and offered no refund, demonstrating a complete lack of control over their regulations.

A disgrace

Stay away from this hotel. I had made a reservation and confirmed it. Two days before arrival I receive an email, saying that the reservation was cancelled. They make up that they sent me a previous email to which I did not reply, but it is absolutely not true .. surely they have found a way to give away the room at a higher price.

La vergogna dovrebbe essere la sua che si permette di ledere la reputazione altrui con queste recensioni false. Le prenotazioni vanno confermate e garantite. Lei ha fatto una richiesta di prenotazione a cui non ha mai seguito conferma e/o garanzie. Abbiamo aspettato 2 giorni. Quindi non avendo ricevuto riscontro abbiamo gentilmente comunicato la disdetta il 25/05 per una prenotazione in data 29/05 quindi 4 giorni prima. Noi abbiamo le prove. Saremmo lieti che postaste screenshot della conferma da parte vostra e invio dati carta di credito a garanzia.

Bad experience. Not recommended

I do not recommend this hotel, I happened to have a room with an unusable shower, after two nights (annoyed) we were changed rooms literally dragging the blankets on the floor in front of us from one room to another. I expected at least compensation, nothing, not even a breakfast offered for the inconvenience. Among other things, there are no heating and the rooms are cold. Little or no cleaning. The walls are made of tissue paper, you can hear noise at all hours. Bad experience.
