Recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine. Well-maintained and always tidy property. Simple but equipped rooms; it is one of the few properties in the area that has air conditioning in both the rooms and the dining halls. The only flaw was the freezing pool water, but then again, we are in the mountains we return every year and it is always lovely. Recommended!

An experience to repeat

The property is very well-maintained, the family that runs it offers excellent hospitality, and their son Vito, whom I turned to for a personal need, took a personal interest in resolving it. All the staff are kind; I would like to highlight the cleanliness and the daily change of towels. I hope to return next year with my friends

An unforgettable stay, we left with tears in our eyes!

It is truly difficult to describe in words how perfect our two-week stay (from July 5 to 18) was. To say that we had a good time would be an understatement: when the time came to pack our bags and say goodbye to everyone, the emotion was so strong that tears came to our eyes.
In 13 days, we were able to fully experience everything this extraordinary property has to offer; a welcome that becomes family, the level of hospitality you breathe here is rare. The owners welcome you not as simple customers, but as guests of honor. Their kindness, daily thoughtfulness, and human warmth made us feel protected and pampered as if at home.
The garden is a well-kept corner of paradise and the outdoor pool was our favorite refuge to cool off and relax under the Abruzzo sun, surrounded by silence and the mountains.
The cuisine is applause-worthy every single day; staying for two weeks and never getting bored at the table is a difficult feat, but the restaurant succeeded perfectly. Traditional Abruzzese dishes cooked divinely, excellent raw materials, and a variety that amazed us night after night. Simply unforgettable dinners. We stayed as a group of 10 people, including 1 person with celiac disease, and the attention, even to the intolerance, was top-notch.
Hotel Villa Danilo is not just a hotel to sleep in; it is an experience that gets inside you. Leaving them was a blow to the heart, but we already know that this was not a goodbye, but only a see you later. A heartfelt thank you to Pasquale for everything and for his magical, strictly handmade maps, to his discreet wife who was always attentive to every single need... to Gino and Elvira for never saying NO or IT CAN'T BE DONE to us; every request was welcomed with heart... and in our hearts you are and will ALWAYS remain...

Two days of pure relaxation

The friendliness already gives you many extra points! We stayed for one night in the Lilium room (super clean and spacious despite having a stroller with a 1-month-old baby and a 5-year-old girl) and it was a true relaxing stay; the structure brings peace just by looking at it, the pool is an added value that we used both days, and a little gem of a spa (small but wonderful and complete) at more than fair prices. Very good restaurant, generous portions, and a very rich breakfast. Of course, to go out you need to take the car because there is nothing to visit on foot outside. If you are looking for relaxation and simplicity, you are in the right place!
