Relaxing

Place well kept clean and arranged just for those who want to relax the girls of the bar super cute and very polite exhaustive nice their answers... the only drawback we found and the lifeguard on duty who was very rude continuing to call in a uncivilized way several guests .. I understand does his job, which of responsibility, but was very very unhelpful and let's say that this had initially ruined the day... thank goodness there were so many people...

GALACTIC MARRIAGE

The wedding at the Settepassi location in Poggio Buggianese was a simply unforgettable experience, an event that exceeded every expectation from every point of view: organization, hospitality, cuisine and atmosphere. From the first inspection, you can clearly perceive the professionalism and passion that animate all the staff, led by an impeccable team.
Special thanks go to Simone, the real engine of the organization: present, attentive and always available to find the best solution for every need. His experience is noticeable in every detail — from time management to mise en place care, to perfect coordination between kitchen and dining room. Every moment of the day took place naturally and precisely, never leaving anything to chance.
An applause also to Ilaria, who with her impeccable management of the hotel part made the stay of guests and newlyweds extremely comfortable. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, combined with the elegance and cleanliness of the rooms, have helped to create a warm and familiar atmosphere, without ever giving up the touch of class that distinguishes the structure.
It is also impossible not to mention Gabriele, an attentive and professional maître d'hall, able to manage with elegance even the most intense moments of the service. His team moved with discretion, timing and kindness, making every course a perfect experience.
The location of Settepassi is a jewel immersed in Tuscan nature: attention to detail, with large, refined and versatile spaces, perfect for any season. Food, finally, was one of the real strengths: accurate dishes, ingredients of the highest quality, authentic flavors and impeccable presentations.
In summary, a wedding in Settepassi is not just an event, but a complete experience, where everything — from people to dishes, from atmosphere to service — speaks of excellence, passion and love for hospitality. A place that will remain in the heart of anyone who chooses it.

A memorable day

We are Elena and Matteo and we got married in this magical place on September 29, 2025; yes the review comes late but, between travel and return to work it was a bit chaotic!
What about, we chose Settepassi because it is a wonderful place in any weather and, being at the end of the season we wanted to have all the plans ready. Whether you do ceremony inside or out, dinner inside or out does not change much because it is really all beautiful and cared for in every detail. The guys, led by Simone and Gabriele, were wonderful; always available, punctual, precise and above all always with a smile! From the first appointments to then get to the day of the ceremony! For us, everything was perfect and much of the credit should really be shared with the staff of Settepassi. We and all 200 guests will carry in our hearts that beautiful day and that fantastic location that really gave us a magical day!
Highly recommended really on all fronts!

There are no words nice enough to describe Seven Steps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to write many things but there are no words to describe Simone and her staff, indeed, her family. Settepassi is not an event venue. Seven steps is HOME. I couldn't describe it any other way. We received endless compliments from each of our 103 guests but in reality our merit is only to have chosen them to celebrate our wedding. Rain is always the worst thing that can happen at a wedding (second only to the horns) but they are all so prepared that no one noticed it was raining during the aperitif. I saw Simone and Gabriele wet like chicks to settle and take out both the cake cutting and the fireworks. No one else in their place would have humoured me or accommodated me.

Fabulous wedding!

We got married in September. Breathtaking location, not to mention the professionalism of Simone and all his staff. My husband's family joined us from the United States, and EVERYONE, Italians and foreigners, was amazed. Everything perfect, starting from the menu for us fundamental, the ceremony in the tobacconist was a suggestive experience, up to the evening and the night spent in their B & B. Really recommended. We couldn't be happier than that. Thank you!!!
