Fantastic people

Property always available on the phone and kind wife picked us up in the street and made parking in the reserved area free. Modern ground floor room a stone's throw from the center of Foligno area very lit in the evening having returned a little 'late for dinner out. I recommend it.

Negative at best

Very basic cramped environment with no vents, direct access to the street. Too uncomfortable. Noisy bathroom without bidet. Without wardrobe. A cellar transformed into a real niche. very ugly and terrible.........,..

The first in Italy

Very central location, you can reach Piazza della Repubblica in 5 minutes on foot... clean rooms and comfortable beds, in short, the ideal place for a stay in beautiful Foligno.
Applause and a dutiful "thank you" to Moreno, and to his kindness and friendliness, I will certainly return to this structure in future visits to Foligno

Fotonica!!

Moreno è fotonico. La prima volta ero arrivato a Foligno davvero in tarda serata e mi accompagnò dalla stazione fino all'affitto camere. La seconda volta l'ultimo giorno di concorso avevamo concordato se poteva portarmi le valigie e lui si era fatto trovare fuori la caserma, nel tardo pomeriggio con un tempo non proprio idilliaco, con le valigie. Prima ancora che lo chiamassi. Infatti quando l'ho chiamato per chiedergli dov'era, sono stato sorprendentemente sorpreso della sua performance. Onestamente non so quando tempo avrà aspettato, ma dalle 7 di mattina che avevo l'orario di convocazione, quando sono uscito alle 17.20 era lì.
Disponibilissimo, simpaticissimo.

Affittacamere nel centro di Foligno (ma lontano dal caos cittadino) gestore molto cortese ed attento al cliente.Ci ha fatto sistemare l'auto in modo da non aver fastidio con il parcheggio.Camere pulite e spaziose.
