Everything was perfect!

Elegant, well-maintained, and very welcoming hotel, with a beautiful garden and SPA. Perfect location, a 5-minute walk from the entrance to the Bonifacio Thermal Baths. The cuisine is excellent: varied menu and very tasty, well-presented dishes, prepared with excellent raw materials, a true gourmet experience. The rooms are cozy, the bed is spacious and very comfortable, and the cleanliness is perfect. Special mention to the staff: efficient, professional, very attentive, and possessing a kindness and cordiality that is not to be taken for granted. Excellent experience!

Reception complaint

Reluctantly.... I have to give two stars because of problems with the reception, in particular with a lady who, not having identified herself, I cannot say if she was from administration or what! I booked by calling directly and receiving a link for payment of 90 euros per person for a day spa with a day-use room and 20 for parking, total 200 euros ..(which we later realized did not go through and so we paid at check out.....)... I happened to open the hotel website to check some things... and I saw that by booking online the cost was 70 for the day spa! We went to the reception. At that moment there was a gentleman, we explained... and he understood our complaint. Telling us that he would take care of it later, since we had lunch to pay for. We therefore thought they would deduct these 40 dollars. At checkout we brought this up, but this woman appeared... Who, with a very rude manner, told me that I was wrong. That the one on the site was the cost of any gift vouchers... etc etc...
She didn't even try to simulate a purchase to see if we were right... or prove that she was! I tried to show her this on my cell phone by simulating a purchase... But she didn't even pretend to understand or look...
Now... for 40 dollars... I shouldn't have even wasted time writing this... I didn't become poor...
But because of one person, the whole establishment suffers! (At the restaurant, pool, and spa everyone was very kind)
I sent an email for further clarification. Obviously, to date, no response.

Silva Hotel Splendid THE BEST

You could not have been more pleased with the outcome of the wedding event for my son and daughter-in-law. From the welcoming of their staff to meeting every need that came up they were amazing. Would definitely come back and recommend this property. I would give it a 10.
