Spectacular!!

Everyone is so lovely. We were treated so kindly. The villa is stunningly beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Our room is very comfortable and well appointed. We loved it so much we added another night because we did not want to leave.
We had a light dinner at the restaurant which was perfect and a fantastic breakfast.
Our new favorite place!

Great stay.

I discovered this facility thanks to a SmartBox, and I must say that the choice was very satisfying.
Despite being close to the A14, its isolated position next to the Cugnolo forest makes it a quiet and private location.
Its location allows for easy visits to Fermo, Ascoli, Macerata, Offida, and other charming historic cities and medieval villages.
Spacious green areas with an outdoor pool, a private chapel for ceremonies, well-furnished, spacious, and soundproof rooms, and a comfortable bathroom with a top-quality line of Guerlain bath products. Impeccable cleaning of the room and common areas, professional and courteous service staff (special mention to the receptionists Maria and Olga, who are always available and friendly). The breakfast is excellent, featuring daily prepared pastries and the opportunity to taste their products (oil and jams). There is also a high-level restaurant on the premises (Il Cugnolo) that we did not have the chance to try, but it would have been worth it.

A unique and unforgettable experience, the structure is elegant and clean, the rooms are like a thousand and one nights, and the Saturday night dinner was divine. I highly recommend it!

Excellent cuisine

Staying or having lunch at Villa Lattanzi is an experience that regenerates the senses. We were extremely impressed by the beauty of the structure: a lovely place, totally surrounded by greenery and with a spectacular view that invites you to absolute relaxation.
From a culinary point of view, the quality was excellent.
Special praise goes to the Maitre. His professionalism and courtesy made the difference; he was able to guide us wisely in the choice of dishes, advising us on the best specialties of the territory.
