Best 80th Birthday Gift Ever
Location was excellent and very close to my granddaughters house. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Bathroom set up was nice as well as
walk in shower.
There are no other words I can think of right now to describe how polite, caring, helpful and loving entire staff was during our stay we were treated like family. Atmosphere was very nice throughout entire area as well as breakfast room and especially breakfast items such as fresh fried eggs in their delicious olive oil as well as various meats and fresh fruits assorted cookies
and Sandra’s homemade made cakes. Pool area was excellent and lunch is included focaccia, salad, fresh meats and ice cold fresh lemon water. If anything special was needed it was provided. My wife’s Libre patch fell off and Sandra called a close by pharmacy to help her out. We only ate dinner there one night (very good)
as we were so busy with family and friends that were also visiting and really had no time. As far as names and forgive me if forget some but the owner and his wife (John & Lidia) as well as staff members Sandra, Melissa, Pasqua ( who I would tease and call Gabriella also two of room cleaning staff members were all excellent. Oh and let’s not forget Silvestro the cat so adorable. Only negative thing is that we had to leave truly a family established place we call home. Can’t wait to go back

Beautiful location... but the dinner?
The location is truly very beautiful and evocative, but unfortunately the dining experience did not live up to expectations.
Right from the start we had a problem with the description of the appetizers: the way they were presented, we understood that they were mandatory and so we ordered them. Unfortunately, besides the fact that they were not to our liking, the price-quality ratio did not seem adequate to us.
Even the meat chosen as a main course, unfortunately, was only average and did not leave us particularly satisfied.
The thing that left us most perplexed, however, was the service. We immediately explained the misunderstanding about the appetizers to the waiter, who reported what happened to the head waiter. We would have at least expected the head waiter to come to the table to understand directly what had happened and to talk to us. Instead, he didn't show up.
A very beautiful location would deserve more attentive service and a greater ability to manage the customer. Too bad, because the potential is there.

You can and must do better.
Very well-kept location. Food was sufficient. Inadequate dining room staff. I asked for oil and salt three times and it never arrived.

A daydream
Don't you ever dare change. Wonderful place, excellent local cuisine with a nod to refinement, cozy and clean rooms, ideal atmosphere to breathe in relaxation and well-being to the fullest, perfect location for getting around the beautiful surroundings. Above all, empathy and kindness. From everyone, with a special mention for Sandra and Pasqua, but with all the others well above average. Sandra's delicacies, then, alone are worth the stay. From today you have two grateful friends who have left a little piece of their heart scattered among the olive trees of the Masseria. No, never change.

Relaxation among the olive trees and great honesty from the staff.
Beautiful structure, immersed in the greenery of the olive trees, ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The cuisine is homemade and genuine, while the breakfast is a true strong point, with excellent products and delicious homemade pastries. The staff is always courteous, available, and, above all, honest. After our return, I realized that I had forgotten a very precious ring in the room's safe. We contacted the establishment and, thanks to the attentiveness of Mrs. Sandra who found it, we were able to recover it.
A sincere thank you to her and to all the staff for the professionalism and integrity demonstrated. These are gestures that make a difference and deserve to be recognized. We recommend this establishment without hesitation to anyone looking for a welcoming place, immersed in nature, and managed by kind, reliable people who are attentive to their guests.
