Herculaneum luxury suite
We took the suite with the hydromassage tub, which we could not use because when the water was filled, dirt and flowers came out (photos of which I will attach).
We raised the issue with the owner who in response did not reply, did not apologize and resolved it, so we paid for a suite to have a normal room!
Furthermore, what is not secondary, given that it is a structure that accepts dogs, the following morning, the owner calls us to tell us that the cleaning lady had a dog (in our case a toy Maltese) which, that's all say.. earthquake had to go back to the room, take the dog and change the time to visit Villa Campolieto!!
Finally, let's talk about the breakfast included, it's not a hotel one.. 1 it's not in the structure, they leave you a voucher for a bar inside a shopping center 1 km away by car,
2 the voucher lets you choose between coffee/cappuccino and croissant and therefore not a hotel breakfast, and not only that, in my case I had pointed out that having a strong lactose intolerance, the breakfast had to be free of it and I was told: no problem !
So don't listen to the positive reviews who are probably used to mediocrity, this is not only not luxury but not even sufficient for the services and much less for the education of the owners!

Soggiorno piacevolissimo
Dell'accoglienza al check-out, servizio e cortesia esemplari. Camere climatizzate alla perfezione, pulizia ed accuratezza nei particolari sia in camera che nelle aree comuni. Colazione in camera con prodotti di qualità.
La nostra suite era un miniappartamento di circa 50 mq con camera con vasca idromassaggio di coppia, area living con cucina e frigorifero e patio all'aperto...E' stato comodissimo perchè la sera, di ritorno dalle escursioni, non dovevamo per forza uscire per mangiare al risotrante.
Consiglio a tutti di alloggiare in questo hotel perché davvero non abbiamo trovato nulla di negativo.
Ci torneremo di sicuro.
