I must say that they were positively impressed.

Found by chance, we had a great time. The new manager, Alessandro, is the great-grandson of the hotel's founder and is passionately relaunching the family business... Dinner was also excellent. Well done and best wishes.

A SHIT!!!

The hygienic conditions found in the structure do not correspond in the least with the fairy presentation on the various sites of the genre. The furniture in the room is in an advanced state of disrepair, dirty curtains crawl on the ground, the parquet has a degree of wear never seen, and only the black wood of dirt remains, the door does not close completely, the radiators in the room and bathroom are rusty, on the walls there is moisture, a window has been clogged with black sheets of paper, in the door dividing the reception of the hallway there is no underground lock, to open the door you have to insert your ditto into a hole where once probably wax the handle, the receptionist's son, a child of about 7-8 months, crawled on the soil spilled by flower jars, among the luggage crying and screaming. In the mess hall the floor dirty with grease, flies from everything, reception, room, mess hall.
Already at the entrance you can smell a heavy musty smell, which is not even Covered by the smells scattered in all corners.
A nightmare boar!
To avoid an unpleasant experience I recommend payment when you arrive at the property and after you have viewed the assigned room, BETTER TO AVOID THE PROPERTY to not waste time and look, after, another systematization.

Pleasant stay. Recommended x the excellent value for money.

Good location x know the Zoldo valley, for hiking to Duran pass. Friendly staff. Cozy and clean room and bathroom.

Avoid! Charge twice for the stay- no redund. Ignored.

Do not stay – they charged us twice and ignored all communication
We were charged twice for our stay. At first, we assumed it was a system glitch and tried to contact the hotel before arriving – but received no response.
During the stay, we showed all the payment statements and were told they would “look into it.” They asked us to send everything by email, which we did immediately – only to be completely ignored again.
We followed up with several more emails – still no reply. At this point, it feels like outright theft. They knew about the double charge, acknowledged it in person, and then chose to ignore us.
No refund. No help. No customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.
