Brilliant place to stay.

Comfortable,clean and plenty of room, excellent facilities, use of kitchen area. The owner Donatella was very helpful with tips on how to get into Venice etc.all round terrific host. Would definitely stay again.

2 night stay

A lovely, spacious, clean and welcoming B&B
Great place to base yourself when visiting Venice, location is ideal as the bus stops 2 minute walk on the same road running hourly up to midnight
The room itself is large, clean and beautiful. It’s so refreshing to have a king size bed that was very comfortable and the owner has put a fan in the room which cools the room ensuring a really great nights sleep (I woke fully refreshed)
The bathroom is large and clean, shower is good
Breakfast was lovely, continental with freshly cooked eggs
Donatella the hostess is lovely, speaking enough English to advise us on bus route and best bits in Venice

Amazing b&b

We stopped here for two nights,as we were tired after busy big cities and huge hotels. Place is extremely clean and cosy. Lady, the owner is very nice and friendly! Car park is just outside of the property. Bus stop for Venice is just few steps from there. Lady was even prepared with bus tickets so in easy way we just jump straight from our room to the bus :) Lovely breakfast with fresh coffee was perfect start of our days! We were impressed by way how she care about details in rooms, what make this place very beautiful! Thank you very much!

Tranquil retreat within minutes of romantic Venice

The moment we entered the door of this charming Bed and Breakfast, we knew we had found a place that matched our spirit. Quiet garden setting on the edge of town within walking distance of the bus stop and city amenities. The interior is artfully decorated to help you feel welcome and at home. Bedding is warm and cozy. Our room had a private bath with entrance into the garden. Donatella greeted us each morning with a delightful breakfast with coffee or tea, cereal, fruit, yogurt and a selection of pastries. Parking was available right at the front door and bus fare into Venice was only €4 return trip for about a half hour ride. We highly recommend staying here and hope to again someday.

Shabby chic

Whole property is carefully decorated with a lot of attention to details. Owner is very friendly and helpfull. There is a bus stop to Venice 100m from the property. Bus ride is around 40 min. Parking is just in front of the property.
