Beautiful apartment, with lovely view.
Sauna and jacuzzi unexpected bonus.
Alot of stairs to reach entrance but well worth the effort.
Lovely shower room and great breakfast.
Would certainly recommend if visiting Dolceacqua.

Incredible host, flat, view and breakfast!!
Jamila was an AMAZING host. Gorgeous flat with great amenities and panoramic view, delicious and plentiful breakfast and stocked kitchen. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location with views of the whole town in walking distance to everything. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Experience to Try!
I chose The Green Book to give my parents a gift and I couldn't have made a better choice. They stayed in one of the rooms, equipped with whirlpool, and had a really great time in every respect.
The structure is very beautiful, attention to detail, welcoming and immersed in an atmosphere of great tranquility, ideal for relaxing and completely disconnecting from the daily routine. The room was comfortable, clean and perfect for a wellness stay.
I also chose the aperitif by the pool, which turned out to be a very pleasant surprise: full of appetizers, well presented and perfect to complete the experience in a really suggestive context.

New Year's bike tour
Charming structure in the charming historic village of dolceacqua. The property is a ground/roof apartment where there is a terrace with a very nice panoramic view of the valley. Suitable for young people, the stairs are very steep and the beds are smaller than the standard so not suitable for tall people. Poor cleaning as the general maintenance of the accommodation which required the intervention of the owners on 2 occasions. Essential breakfast with packaged products. In the fridge there were still expired products. The kitchen is equipped and the owners are available to accommodate the requests and needs of customers. Price in the norm.

L’intera fase di prenotazione si è svolta tramite una sola referente del gruppo, con la quale sono intercorsi numerosi messaggi scritti e colloqui telefonici. In tali occasioni sono state fornite informazioni dettagliate sulle caratteristiche dell’alloggio.
Riteniamo inoltre doveroso precisare che le scale, ampiamente documentate nelle fotografie pubblicate e insite nella natura stessa di un antico centro storico ligure, non possono essere considerate un elemento inatteso.
I letti sono matrimoniali alla francese ma di lunghezza standard, come comunicato in fase di prenotazione. La definizione di “pulizia mediocre” viene contestata con fermezza, alla luce delle procedure adottate e del servizio di riassetto e cambio biancheria effettuato regolarmente, (siamo conosciuti per la qualità della pulizia e l' uso regolare di lampada uvc e ozono che garantisce la sanificazione dei locali).
L’intervento di manutenzione citato ha richiesto pochi secondi ed è stato risolto immediatamente, trattandosi di un semplice inconveniente tecnico.(galleggiante wc incastrato causa calcare).
La colazione offerta rispettava quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente e quanto concordato inizialmente. Durante il soggiorno sono invece emerse richieste specifiche non concordate in precedenza: prodotti particolari, frutta in quantità e marchi commerciali non previsti. Tali richieste hanno di fatto trasformato il servizio in una proposta personalizzata e “on demand”, non prevista né concordata a monte.
L’unico prodotto segnalato come “scaduto” era uno yogurt con termine appena passato, episodio circoscritto che non riteniamo rappresentativo del servizio complessivo.
Naturalmente è stato richiesto lo sconto.
Quando ciò che è stato spiegato, mostrato e concordato viene poi presentato come difetto, il problema non è il servizio, ma l’interpretazione.
Si ringrazia per aver contribuito alla selexione della clientela.
