Simplicity is always what makes the difference.

I stayed with my wife in this B&B for a few days during Ferragosto; technically everything was perfect, a brand-new B&B located in the middle of the meadows, immersed in absolute silence.
Brand-new rooms furnished with the essentials.
Spotless bathroom.
Breakfasts complete with any product, including local ones.
Spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and the Formazza valley.
You might ask, so everything is normal! Well yes, there are certainly many other places with these characteristics... And I have found many, but the difference is very often made by those who manage the property, and in this case, I guarantee you that in many years (thank God) of wonderful vacations, it had rarely happened to me to find people with whom to establish a special empathy right away. The kindness, cordiality, and availability so spontaneous of Michele and his sister made the stay so special that we will always carry it among our best memories with the hope of being able to return as soon as possible.

Top vacation!

We were guests at BB ul calus of Michele Biggio. Beautiful, well-maintained, clean structure, delicious breakfast, he is a friendly, serious, reliable, understanding, and truly kind owner who helped us immensely during a difficult time due to our car issues. Highly recommended! Thank you again!

Above all expectations!

I stayed at this B&B with my family and we had a really great time! Modern and spotless rooms, beautiful mountain views and great location to visit the Val Formzza. Great breakfast with local products and homemade cakes. What makes the difference is Michele who with his infinite availability and great kindness made this stay really perfect... above all expectations! We will gladly return

A wonderful place to regenerate!

The b & b ul calus is a structure located in the middle of the mountains, easily accessible and close to city services but that allows those staying to enjoy the silence at night and the wonders of nature. The structure is cared for in every detail,
welcoming and clean.
The owner is really nice and helpful, ready to meet every request and give advice and tips on the surrounding points of interest and their dining options. It made me feel welcomed and pampered even thinking about alternative solutions for my food intolerances.
The property accepts animals and makes them feel super pampered too.
We will definitely be back!

Spectacular place

Everything perfect new room clean and cozy. Great breakfast with local and homemade products. Delicious apple pie . Michele very kind and helpful to give any kind of information. We stayed 2 nights with our little dog. Recommended we will definitely return.
