Ten years of unforgettable winters: Cristian and Jenni get the credit
In a tourist landscape that often becomes cold and standardized, the two of them represent the real difference. Cristian and Jenni are the beating heart of this hotel; their management is impeccable, made of authentic courtesy and availability that goes far beyond simple professional duty. For us they have become reference points: they know how to make a family feel "at home", pampering us and preventing our every need. If the Hotel Cir maintains such a special and warm atmosphere, the credit is entirely due to their dedication and passion.
The winter season here is pure magic. Spending days on the slopes with Cristian and rejoining such a welcoming environment is what I look for for my children and my wife. Cleanliness is always taken care of and customer care is maximum.
To be honest with other travelers, it is fair to point out that the structure itself would need some modernization and some structural measures. However, I would like to point out that this is absolutely not up to the managers. Indeed, it is here that Cristian and Jenni's extraordinary skill emerges: they manage and enhance the hotel in such a way that any structural deficiency takes second place to the quality of service and the human warmth they can offer.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a place where human management is at the highest level and you want to feel part of a family, this is the place. Many thanks to Cristian and Jenni for these 10 years: without you, winter at Passo Gardena would not be the same.

Amazing location at the top of a pass but substandard bedding.
The breakfast was OK but the beds were quite hard. When we asked for mattress toppers or an extra comforter to put underneath the sheets to soften the mattresses, we were told that nothing was available. We did not sleep well for three nights on these hard beds. We were told that they were new mattresses.
The hairdryer in the bathroom looked like an ancient vacuum of sorts and it didn't work very well at all. It wouldn't take much to replace it with a modern hairdryer.

Our room 3-4 was lovely, very clean, and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the magnificent Dolomites, truly a sight to wake up to! Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a wonderful variety to choose from. And as a delightful surprise from our charismatic host,the most amazing tiramisu we've ever tasted. You won't find that flavor anywhere else!
I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Cir, a place full of warmth, charm, and unforgettable hospitality.
