Amazing stay

Can't recommend this apartment enough. Me and my partner stopped here for 4 nights and we loved it.
The room is really nicely furnished, great location, quiet Aircon, comfortable bed. Genuinely nothing we could fault and would definitely stay there again if we returned to lake Como. Amazing place, definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful room

Excellent cleaning and equipped with any useful accessory for the stay.
Attention to detail really in an amazing way.
Located in the center and a few steps from the lake.
Definitely a room I would recommend to anyone who decided to stay on the lake.

A gem of Como

On arrival we had everything we needed to enter the property, a code for the main door from the street, code for the apartment entrance and then our own room. It feels extremely secure!
Once inside the suites are beautifully presented and include little extras to ensure guests stays are as comfortable as possible. We found our first night to be a bit noisy but the earplugs supplied did the trick immediately!
The daily water, pastries, fruit juices and open use of the communal coffee machine were definitely pluses for us.
Our friends stayed on the lake but we found ourselves meeting closer to our apartment as the restaurants and bars are not only more authentic the further from the lake you go, they’re also cheaper.
We would recommend these apartments to anyone able to travel 3 floors to get to them :) they’re truly beautiful

Two lovely days!

My husband and I were guests for only two days, but we felt pampered and welcomed in the best possible way. Excellent cleanliness, organization and availability. Mrs. Eleonora alone deserves 10 stars for courtesy. We will be back as soon as possible!!

Staying in the heart of Como.

We stayed two nights in a lovely loft unit. We had some problems getting into the building but Mattia sorted out immediately. We needed to go through two doors before climbing up to third floor. Take note there’s no lift.
The apartment is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. There’s a kitchenette. They gave us bottled water, fresh fruit, biscuits and coffee machine with capsules. The espresso was excellent! The friendly cleaning lady came everyday to replenish all the amenities which we didn’t expect.
The location is excellent with many restaurants and cafes/bakery nearby. It’s only a few minutes walk to the lake front and train station. We highly recommend this accommodation.
