Relaxation , quality , courtesy and good price

At about 1100 with views of the Dolomites is this charming Hotel in a very nice village from where you can leave for several trips. Through the service card it is possible to take all public transport, cable cars, trains and move without cost between one village and another and reach Bolzano without problems and without moving the car. Very friendly staff, perfect cleaning and restaurants with very nice dishes.
To keep in mind for a next relaxing holiday.

Efficient relaxation

I stayed overnight and dined at the property.
Highlight the generous spaces, both in the rooms and in the common areas.
The absolute relaxation view Dolomites from the scilliar to the catenaccio to the Latemar .
The cool 20 minutes from Bolzano so perfect to regenerate after work.
In short, a perfect location for multiple functions , work or leisure .
I forgot pharaonic buffet breakfast and simple and refined dinner

Worth a detour

After a long time in the Dolomites Hotel in Klobenstein.
Surprise...one has rebuilt on a grand scale!
Everything has become very nice.
We were first movers in our room.
It's all tiptop!
The food again very good, was also u.a. Reason for the stopover on the return journey from Lake Garda.
The service warm as always, you really feel at home.
So... we'll be back.

Worth a detour

Had booked for 3 days , we did not regret it!
Everything was excellent!
Room, service, friendliness.
And??? the really very good cuisine!
Everything was right here....to kneel down!
So: if on the Ritten...then to the Hotel Dolomiten. Thumbs up
Keep it up!

Not to be recommended

I stayed with my family in this hotel in October convinced that I would have half board as booked through the agency, but late in the evening before leaving, the same agency called me telling me that the owner of the structure had made a mistake and was not doing half board! I won't tell you the disappointment! In any case, we left anyway and upon arriving at our destination we ascertained that this was the case and that dinner would not be served... except by consuming a single dish and a dessert, all of which had to be paid for in addition to the amount we had already paid for the reservation! After several phone calls between the agency and the owner, a compromise was reached to be able to have dinner every evening at another nearby hotel! Having said that... nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms even though the maid came to clean them when we were still inside and the breakfast... good but very salty and not very sweet! Sometimes it was even missing! Friendly but cold staff with Italian speakers! Not to be recommended!
