A fairytale night...
Although my visit was brief, just one night, I was deeply impressed by this hotel. What stands out is undoubtedly the kindness and incredible thoughtfulness shown by all the staff. Every interaction was pleasant and you could feel a genuine attention towards the guests. A really positive experience that pushes me to highly recommend it.

Perfect.
Family weekend at the end of October.
Spacious apartments, newly renovated, clean and with very comfortable mattresses.
The girl who welcomed us really nice, helpful and competent (she gave us great tips about restaurants too).
We'll be back.

My review of Venus Suites in Cervia
This residence is one of the best I have known in all my Trips.
They have extraordinary attention! They take charge of activities in favor of the guest that go beyond those for which they were contracted.
In particular Mrs. (or Miss) Alessia is an extraordinary person, both from a work and personal point of view, worthy of great prominence.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
The mattress, to which I am particularly sensitive, is very soft.
They are very close to the beach and have an agreement with the managers of the same.
I know it is easy to review a structure when you have been for a few days but, I have been two weeks so I can recommend this residence with my eyes closed.
This residence is one of the best I have ever known in all my travels.

Se hacen cargo de actividades para el huésped que van más allá de aquellas para las que fueron contratados. En particular, la señora (or señorita) Alessia es una persona extraordinaria, tanto desde el punto de vista profesional como personal, digna de un gran reconocimiento. Las habitaciones sonampias y muy cómodas. El colchón, al que soy especially sensible, es muy blando. Están muy cerca de la playa y tenern convenio con los encargados de la playa. Sé que es fácil opinar sobre una propiedad cuando te has quedado unos días, pero yo me quedé dos semanas, así que puedo recomendarte esta residencia con los ojos cerrados.

Purtroppo non ci siamo...
We have just returned from a holiday at this property and unfortunately we were not satisfied at all. Let's start by saying that we found the apartment poorly cared for in cleaning and devoid of attention in many points of the dining room / bed and bathroom. The shower was completely redone as the doors closed badly and water accumulated in the shower tray escaping and creating a pool that reached the kitchen. There would be other issues to report, but we'll stop there and just advise you to take much more care of the details hoping they'll take action in the future for their own interest and that of the people who go there. Points in favor of the distance from the sea, the free coffee area and the kindness of the girl at the reception who tried to help us anyway.

Good value and nice facilities
Stayed here with a colleague booked it last minute and it was great place, nice rooms good shower and 15 mins walk to a great little restaurant, I can imagine it is very busy here in high season but the city was quiet so this was ideal place. Car parking here but not lots and other than a noisy dog outside it was perfect for a good nights sleep
