Excellent value for money

We stayed in this 3 star hotel about 3 km from Andalo for four nights with children. Half board treatment.
Excellent cleanliness of the rooms and comfort. Family-run hotel where the owner Giuseppe has always welcomed our requests also related to the needs of children.
Parking available and bus stop a stone's throw away, convenient to get to the slopes without the need to look for a car spot. 2 steps supermarket.
Recommended for the excellent value for money.

Simple but fair

Hotel located 5 mins drive from the heart of Andalo. Very nice staff. Simple but good cuisine and also suitable for celiacs with gluten free proposals. Room on the 4th floor spacious. 2 moles: rooms not at all soundproof, pillows old and uncomfortable for me. Also environments, especially common, with a little low temperature.

Holiday in Trentino

Great location hotel, very friendly and kind staff. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. Good food and service. Room with mountain view balcony clean and cozy.
The village is small but a 5-minute drive from Andalo and 10 from Molveno, out of the chaos of the other two locations but a stone's throw from everything. Great experience.

Catastrophic and rip-off

We are here with a tour group and each person would be charged double the tourist tax - in cash, of course, without a receipt.
I also don't get a bill for any other consumption, or with luck just a receipt.
Apart from the rip-off that the hotel is very old and furnished accordingly, it is really just cold here. If you have to sleep in ski underwear and a knitted sweater, it really shows the temperatures in this hotel.
The staff are unfriendly, by the way.
The food is not great in terms of quantity and taste.
The rooms are very old-fashioned, you really don't want to touch the duvets without a sheet and the duvet squeaks with every single movement.
I really wouldn't want to stay here a day longer voluntarily.

Negative we will not go back again. NOT RECOMMENDED given the price

Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!! From the outside it looks like a typical local hotel, inside it is old and definitely in need of renovation. Very small and uncomfortable bathroom. Dirty bed duvet, I attach photos. Breakfast was decidedly poor, there was some salty cheese and mortadella, a characteristic local cured meat. The only positive note is that they accept dogs.
