A perfect getaway for some rest and relaxation

We stayed here for 5 nights and fell in love with the place. It is so peaceful and quiet, in a beautiful relatively secluded location. Be prepared to drive a bit if you'd like to do further sightseeing but the location is perfect for day trips to Turin, Alessandria, etc. The house we had was beautiful, it had everything we needed and was dog friendly - so all 3 of us had a lovely vacation! Everyone in the town is very friendly and always happy to help. A very enjoyable stay!

Horrible

The cleaning lady "Elena" was extremely dirty in her work and always absent, with dirty and smelly towels... dust everywhere and no cleaning done

A gem of a place

We had a wonderful time staying here. It’s up above Brusasco, with beautiful views of the hills. The apartment is spacious, very attractive, and spotlessly clean. Because we were arriving in the early evening our first night, we took Cristina up on her offer to have food purchased and recipes ready from which we could make a meal. We made a delicious pasta carbonara and another dish, plus had a great bottle of wine. We were in the area researching family history, but this place would make a great home base to explore the surrounding wine country, agriturismos, and the beautiful scenery. Made a great break from the tourist track.

Verste noen gang.

Det var mye styr med å finne fram og mye forventninger om å gi beskjed i forkant og ringe samme dag. Området rundt var preget av fraflytting og forfall. Ringte opp som påkrevd i forkant. Engelskkunnskapene var svært dårlig. Samtalen ble avsluttet med "no english" fra vertens side. Da vi kom fram til borgen ble vi stående å vente i 45 min før vi klarte å oppspore noen som forstod hvem vi var ute etter. Det viste seg at verten hadde vært der hele tiden. Overnattingstedet var en gammel borg som i stor grad lå i ruin. Deler av borgen var innredet. Da vi kom frem fikk vi en kjapp omvisning. Tildels svært lav standard og definitivt ikke rent. Verten var svært opptatt av betaling men opplegget for betaling med kort fungerte ikke. Endte med at vi betalte i kontanter. Da vi så skulle finne oss til rette viste det seg at det ikke var aircondition. Det var omlag 40 varmegrader og vi konfronterte verten med dette og henviste til bookingen der det var oppgitt klimaanlegg. Verten mente at denne leiligheten ikke trengte aircondition og hevdet "natural aircondition" Vi ble værende i leiligheten i under 5 minutter før vi satt oss i bilen og fant et annet hotell. Vi vurderte det slik at engelsken var så dårlig at det var nytteløst med ytterligere kommunikasjon.Vi klaget via bestillingsplattformen vi hadde bestilt gjennom og verten bekreftet to ganger at vi skulle få refundert. Dette viste seg å være bløff og pengene er konkludert som tapt. Ikke var det spesielt billig heller. Styr for all del unna dette stedet. Dette når bunnplassering på omlag 80 overnattinger på hotell i utlandet de siste årene.

נהנינו מכל רגע בצימר. הוא נמצא מעל עיירה קטנה בה יש סופרמרקט, בית מרקחת, כמה מסעדות ומכבסה אוטומטית.
הצימר ממוקם באזור המאפשר טיולי כוכב לכל האזור. מחייב רכב. המקום נקי, מאובזר היטב. ארוחות הבוקר מבוססות על טוסטים ועוגיות, אנחנו הכנו לבד תוספות.
