Cute hotel away from the chaos.
I stayed at this hotel with my family; the hotel is located 7-8 km from San Vito lo Capo in a quiet and low-traffic area.
The rooms are minimal but clean and have well-functioning air conditioning.
The pool is beautiful and the sunbed-garden area is well-maintained and very clean; the breakfast is basic, with sweet, savory, and fruit options not of high quality, but they still provide breakfast where other similar properties do not include it.
Negative note: it must be specified that parking inside the hotel is for a fee.
Overall, I was happy with the stay and the friendliness/availability of all the staff.

We stayed at this hotel during the week of Ferragosto and there is a lot to say... the walls are very thin... and you can hear everything... the television only showed one channel... it was pointed out but it was as if we hadn't said anything... the towels were never changed... even though it was written that they would change them every two days... we asked the night before if we could have breakfast 10 minutes before eight, the time breakfast starts, because we had to leave for an excursion and they said we could only have a coffee or a cappuccino. We went to the breakfast room by the coffee machine and the lady who prepares the breakfasts chewed us out... in short... I don't think we will go back there... in Castelluzzo where the hotel is located there is nothing... you necessarily have to go to San Vito Lo Capo... an experience not to be repeated...

Poor, not recommended
I stayed at this property a few weeks ago.
The property is located in a town near San Vito lo Capo. Without a car, it is not possible to reach the sea. Parking is for a fee at a cost of 15 dollars per day!!
As soon as we arrived, we had to pay 70 dollars to enjoy the services, only to discover later that the hot tub has a cost of 25 dollars/h per person.
Very, very poor breakfast
Not recommended.

Hotel in need of renovation
Poor quality hotel. It is not worth the 3 stars. Old rooms. Minimal breakfast. They put already started rolls of toilet paper in the room. Furthermore, which is serious, they put a used and dirty towel at the foot of the bed. Not to mention the parking at a cost of 15 euros at the top of the garage ramp in a very inconvenient position. The TV practically only picked up Rai channels and not always, sometimes it practically had no signal. Then they charge 50 euros for a service card and the only service is the pool, perhaps the only good thing.

Not to go!!
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. 7/8/2025 to 10/8/2025.
That is everything apart from what they show.
We start with:
* First Welcoming after requesting parking:
Unpleasant. Paid parking is parking for 8 cars max no more.
You think your car is safe: NO because the cameras are with a socket if someone removes it the offence is neither seen nor known.
* room: view on pool and very nice assembly but ants in the room. We asked him at the Welcoming to finish putting a product and the next day always ants on the floor next to the bed. impossible to walk without tap.
-the curtains: dirty..
-the sheets: with stains..
-bathroom: a lot of things fixed...
- swimming pool: on booking no worries and after payment we receive an email from the hotel with obligation for woman / girl swimming pool cap ..
available 3€ to pay at Welcoming.
-Room on the Ground Floor at the Welcoming: noise.. noise.. we hear EVERYTHING and everyone.
- housekeeper: during these 3 nights we wake up at 10am to clean the room.
I consider holidays = rest. We can afford to have a nice morning.
Every day we warned that he could come from 11:30: the answer is: it’s to much.
-personal it depends: there were nice ones and others not.
Experience: I will not come back to this hotel again.
I don't advise anyone. Don't lose your money for it. In San Vito Lo capo there are better hotels than this.
3 *** stars not deserved. Just for the location of all this deserves 2** stars otherwise it was 1* star.
