Inflexible hotel don’t go

Inflexible hotel. We booked a room for our family of 3 persons august 1-4. I booked non refundable (was no other affordable option- still 1200 euro’s for 3 nights).
Due to a serious medical something we had to cancel the whole trip. Hotel didn’t give any option for cancellation. No other dates (2 months later we think we can come), no refund at all. My advise is not to book this hotel, we also didn’t expect to cancel. We had to pay the full 1200 euro’s

AVOID, Terrible rip off....

AVOID.....terrible place; two beers 24 euros and the toilets were filthy; excrement allo over the toilet. The owner is just out to take your money; The bar staff had to refer to the owner how much we owed, he looked very uncomfortable when he told us the price. Left feeling totally ripped off. AVOID.....go somewhere else.

Non capiamo

Abbiamo prenotato su Booking in settembre presso questa struttura tre notti dal 26 al 29 dicembre. Sono stati subito prelevati 370 per la conferma della prenotazione. Quando la situazione sanitaria si è resa problematica ho contattato la responsabile e mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi, avrebbe restituito la somma. Purtroppo non siamo potuti viste le restrizioni dovute al Covid . Quando abbiamo ricontattato la responsabile lei ci ha risposto di non aver ricevuto nulla e che i soldi li ha tenuti Booking!
Mi dispiace avremmo preferito magari un rinvio non una presa in giro!
