The hotel is very nice.

Good location centrally located hotel in the old town of Cagliari. Nice host couple who are helpful and inform and inspire to excursions and activities. Close to cafes and restaurants and the harbor. Close to transport by bus and train. Spacious rooms with high ceilings in an older house.

The room is disconnected from the shower, 50 steps, no elevator, no parking, no refrigerator, no trash can, and the attitude was cold and fake.

What a lovely place our hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area provided links to the nearest places. Room was very comfortable and had plenty of room. Had wonderful conversations with our hosts. Beautiful building built in 1864. Very close to restaurants and metro. I would definitely stay their again if given the opportunity.

I normally do not write reviews, but this place is perfect. The hosts could not of been nicer. Do not be scared of adjacent washroom. The place is great and just where you want to be to enjoy an evening in the Capital. Highly recommended!!
