Refined without being standars

Very recommendable, familial, cosey, refined without being touristy, gentle people, good value for money, I will surely come back also with my groups. Cute layout, not the standard venue, I came here with a group as niche tour operator keepalivetours, we all liked it.

For a short stay ok.

Villa Canu is a classic Italian mid-range hotel with quite basic facilities, standard Italian breakfast and very good location in the centre of Cabras. The shower is already borderline for a size from 1.85cm, the staff are all ok without flipping over with friendliness, there is a pool that we did not use however. The courtyard where you can have breakfast is quite nicely done, indoors rather 70s stay quality. Free parking in the immediate vicinity, overall ok, but for me about 20-25% too expensive.

Beautiful.

In the middle of the village you will find this oasis with a very nice swimming pool with palm and olive trees
Clean and tidy

Very disappointing

We stayed in this hotel because we were attracted by the positive reviews and the photographs. We are astonished, we do not understand how it is possible that it can be considered charming, comfortable and beautiful. The owner is kind but the structure is really disappointing. Our room was furnished in an ordinary, old-fashioned way, it had no charm, it smelled musty and musty because it had not been aired even though they knew we were coming and it was hot because they had not turned on the air conditioning. The old bathroom, without shelves, an obsolete shower with a shower cubicle that could not be closed. Breakfast without infamy or glory, all at a price that is out of the market for a depressed location and in the low season: 120 euros. Furthermore, the prices displayed in the room on a sign posted did not correspond and dated back to 2017.

Had a great stay!

Beautiful stay. We stayed 1 night in transit in Sardinia. Extremely friendly staff and very clean accommodation. The room had everything we needed, very neat. The swimming pool and the delicious aperols were the icing on the cake. The breakfast was also very extensive and freshly made. We would love to come back here!
