Perfetto

Stanza molto pulita e curata, arredamento semplice e moderno. Letto molto comodo. Bagno e cucina perfettamente funzionanti e comodi.
La posizione è abbastanza comoda, con la Lidl a 50 metri e una pizzeria sotto casa. Davvero una bella gestione.

Avoid

In itself it is not too bad but it 'impossible to communicate with the structure, to take the elevator the first time you have to enter the room and then walk 3 floors so when you leave , non-existent breakfast consisting of supermarket snacks

Very bad,

Very bad, booked for two night, plane was late, arrived at the hotel, After 12 midnight, they didn't let me in, called the number, Nobody answered, I stood on the street until 2 am, tried to call, they blocked my number, in fact, I was left on the street, a day later, since the room was booked for another night, they didn't let me into the hotel and threatened me with the police, because I had previously written to the booking site's technical supportIn the end, I paid for two days and didn't spend a single night. As I said earlier, if you complain to Booking.com, they then threaten to call the police, saying they're being intimidated.
Bottom line, if you don't want to spend the night on the street, I do not recommend this one.
Very, very bad.. I'll attach a photo of one of the fragments of the correspondence about how they threaten to call the police if you complain to Booking's technical support.

The photos speak for themselves.

Dirty, dilapidated building that gives little (indeed, zero) sense of security, dirty, musty smell in the kitchen and not recommendable at all. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy! I attach photos from which you can see the blood-stained pillows, the mold in the bathroom and the cracked radiators. Also already opened rusks, croissants with no expiry date and waste left on the table, like cigarette butts on the windowsill.

Estafa

El alojamiento nos dejó en la calle en la misma noche que llegamos después de haber avisado de nuestra hora de llegada. Además de no ofrecer ningún tipo de servicio de atención al cliente.
Tras intentar reclamar la situación, el hotel encima miente en sus argumentos.
