Stay in April 2016

We stayed at Le Streghe in April 2016. When we arrived in Benevento we weren't sure where to go. We called Roberto and he drove to the edge of town(Agipe) and led us to free parking just a short distance from the B&B. He loaded our luggage into his car and drove it to the B&B. And we got to start enjoying the city as we made the short walk to the B&B. The B&B is in a quiet location and in close walking distance to the sites in the old city. Roberto gave us some restaurant recommendations that we tried and they were excellent. The B&B is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. Roberto made us coffee every morning and it is his own recipe.Thanks Roberto for being a gracious, excellent host.

Courtesy but little hospitality

I stayed for 2 nights at this B&B, super central location, but it is worth noting that there are many clubs open all night nearby.
The owner was courteous, but it was not enough to make the stay pleasant.
The property is covered by a strong smell of mold, you can even smell it in the rooms. Spacious rooms but no type of tidying up was done, not even the amenities were restocked.
Breakfast practically nonexistent, packaged and stale products. Better to go to a cafe.
For the cost it is not worth staying here, Benevento is full of B&Bs, you will surely find something better.

Benevento with friends!

Central structure, one step away from everything. We had the master bedroom which is comfortable. The owner very kind... the sore notes are unfortunately the mold that was present in the room, on the wall at the top left where then rested the headboard of the bed and also in the breakfast room. Unfortunately in these facilities should be done important insulation work.... breakfast honestly a little 'lacking, there was nothing rustic and even as a dessert, apart from the two croissants found, there were only packaged products. Perhaps some local product would have characterized the structure in a positive way. Benevento has applied for Capital of Culture for 2028 , an opportunity to aim at a relaunch of all activities, starting with the receptive ones. Thank you in any case for the extreme courtesy!

Much to improve

Comfortable seat, nice lady.
Very basic cleaning.Smells like terrible mold. All at a cost of 100 euros, on Saturday evening music until three.

OK but details need to be controlled

The small little B&B within the historic center. The rooms and the structure date back to the city's old times. The owners are friendly and helpful, and recommended us a good restaurant. Only the details need to be improved, a better breakfast spread and cleaning the mold in the shower. Worth a stay, however, if you are going to Benevento.
