BAD EXPERIENCE
BAD EXPERIENCE WILL NOT RETURN Good location (no more than the many other B & B well located in the area) clean and cozy room, Bad service and breakfast non-existent but the worst thing is that you do not have the ability to self-manage the temperature of the room because you do not have the climate control so you have to phone the owner and ask the courtesy to do it himself remotely. This is already annoying as it limits freedom and personal comfort. Hence the mishap and the bad experience I had, it's 22:00 outside 33 degrees I ask to be able to lower the temperature of the air conditioner and the owner makes controversy saying that he can do it maximum up to 25 degrees to preserve my health (or his wallet?) while I was there after a day of travel to suffer and gasp a stable as hot as a crematorium. In the end, after a heated discussion, as he himself said, he did me the courtesy of remotely adjusting the temperature to a maximum of 24 degrees. Let's say that if you want to relax for a moment after a trip staying here is not the best. Only positive note presence of fenced parking. I will not return since it was Like staying at a parent’s house with the anxiety of the electricity bill.

B&B Bari
The B & B is in a fairly quiet, the structure is new and everything is clean, the sore notes of this place was the bed, very large but also very uncomfortable, not to mention the pillows that were really too soft, we requested others, but they were of the same type, so the situation has not changed, we got up the next day with back pain and even sweaty because there is no possibility to turn the air conditioner on and off at will, but it must be done by message to the owner. In short, for one night maybe these shortcomings I can also bear, but for more nights absolutely not.

I felt unwelcome there
The wifi is absolutely terrible and the welcome from the owner is really very unpleasant. On the other hand, the transfer to the airport was perfect.
The list of prohibitions for this establishment is, in my opinion, unacceptable: in fact it is forbidden to wash your belongings and obviously to dry them. I have NEVER seen this anywhere else. We are by the sea and rinsing your swimsuit, drying your towels or your underwear is one of the essential things and minimum hygiene when traveling!!!
The bathroom trash can had NOT BEEN EMPTYED. Its contents smelled bad. This is not admissible!
Only one bedside lamp even though there are two of us.
Not enough outlets to charge two laptops and one computer. Only 2 sockets in the room: 1 is already used by the single bedside lamp.

Ladri per una stanza in appartamento!!
Ladri, 120 euro per una stanza in un appartamento che vale 30 euro a notte senza colazione. Per mio errore, sono capitato in questo pessimo posto perche aria condizionata non potevamo abbassate la temperatura perché il proprietario per risparmiare, ha messo in automatico a 25 gradi. Noi in tre adulti in una stanza piccola non abbiamo dormito x il caldo. Anche se A/C funzionava da noi, il prezzo giusto sarebbe 30 euro a persona!! La località è lontano da tutto!! Questi sono approfittatori!! Sicuramente fallimento è vicino!! Non sapete fare!!

Anfitrión son escrúpulos
Con el hotel lleno y a una semana vista, le solicitamos la cancelación de una noche que teníamos previsto pasar y que por motivos de covid no quisimos alojarnos hasta retomar las vacaciones cuando pasaramos la cuarentena. No nos devolvió el importe aún avisando con una semana y lo peor es que ignoraba mis correos y por teléfono el chico de recepción me pedía que lo solicitara por escrito.... Todo por la pasta!
