An example of hospitality to follow
In 11 people we spent the weekend of August greeted with kindness and sympathy and availability to put us at ease. The place is captivating, surrounded by apple orchards and kiwi plantations, isolated mid-coast, easy to reach and the apartments converted from the old pre-existing structures adapted to the required costs. We tasted some of their excellent transformations whose process and production machinery we were able to verify thanks to Roberto’s polite guidance. I'll make sure I get back. Thank you.

Nice place, missing everything else.
The place is nice, unfortunately everything else is missing. We stayed at this farm and had an accident (my boyfriend fell in the shower - a highly dangerous shower because the shower tray is completely smooth and slippery, free of rough parts). At the time of the accident the mother of the owner offered to accompany us to the hospital (the cut was really very deep), a gesture still appreciated. Once we got there, she told us to call her back when we were discharged. And so we did. At the time she answered, the lady wanted to clarify that she was at the table and that she would move after finishing (I wanted to tell her that we would also like to be at the table and not in the emergency room). Once discharged (a little later than the time that had been budgeted due to code red) the lady had not stayed to wait for us and we had to wait for her 10 minutes for her to return. On the way back we stopped to get a pizza at the suggestion of the lady and her husband, we expected - since the accident was due to their clear lack of safety of the shower tray - that at least they would make the gesture of offering two pizzas from 6 euros but this was not the case). In addition, the breakfast - paid for separately (13 euros each) - was very poor (only cold cuts, cheeses, some bread and jam, and little else - no croissants). Given the incident, we would have expected, at the time of the bill, AT LEAST to have something free - since in addition to 100 euros and passes the room we also used the whirlpool service - paid separately (15 euros each) or an APOLOGY but obviously the courtesy is not at home. It is a place that I do not recommend because the difference, in hospitality, is the kindness and courtesy of those who manage the places and here we found none at all.

mi aspettavo sua recensione negativa visto l’atteggiamento che ha dimostrato nei nostri confronti dopo l’incidente, nonostante quanto abbiamo fatto per Lei ed Andrea.
Siamo subito accorsi al suo richiamo di attenzione, dopo che il suo giovane fidanzato è scivolato in doccia. Una doccia normalissima, che molte persone hanno usufruito, senza mai evidenziare problemi, anzi complimentandosi per la comodità di utilizzo .
Per carità gli incidenti succedono. Capiamo il disagio, motivo per il quale ci siamo offerti di accompagnarvi e di andare a riprendervi noi al pronto soccorso evitando a Lei l’onere di portare Andrea con la vostra auto.
Terminata la visita, è vero che avete dovuto attendere 10 minuti tra la dimissione e la nostra presenza a riportarvi alla struttura perché c’è stata un’incomprensione legata al fatto che Lei aveva fatto intendere di essere stati dimessi quando non era ancora terminato l’iter delle visite.
Sul viaggio di ritorno si siamo preoccupati circa lo stato di salute di Andrea, e della vostra cena ma in tutto questo non abbiamo mai percepito da parte sua un minimo apprezzamento ma solo silenzio per cui abbiamo potuto interloquire solo con Andrea.
Circa la colazione, quella di questa mattina (poiché la cambiamo spesso) prevedeva: 2 tipi di salumi, 3 tipi di formaggi, una torta stile strudel, biscotti, latte, yogurt , cereali, 4 tipi di confetture e 3 tipi di nettari di frutti oltre che caffe e the. Evidentemente ogni persona ha gusti e sensibilità diversi perché altri ospiti che stamattina hanno consumato la stessa colazione ci hanno fatto molti complimenti, commentando che non hanno trovato la solita brioche del bar.
Ma lo shock subito a seguito dell’incidente deve aver offuscato la sua lettura della realtà poiché prima dell’incidente l'entusiasmo era ben altro.
Circa le scuse, non crediamo di doverne perché è stato un incidente non causato da noi, mentre abbiamo manifestato tutto il nostro dispiacere per quanto è successo ad Andrea e per la serata andata in fumo.
Pretendere di non pagare o avere scontati i servizi che sono stati erogati non ci sembra corretto, quanto abbiamo fatto per alleviare il vostro disagio è stato detto sopra, a questo abbiamo aggiunto la possibilità di usufruire della camera e degli spazi della struttura per la giornata odierna oltre gli orari previsti per il Check out.
Circa le gentilezza e cortesia, non riusciamo proprio a capire dove sia mancata, anzi a noi risulta mancata la sua volontà di accettare qualsiasi attenzione e opportunità di dialogo.
Con questo rinnoviamo il nostro dispiacere, facciamo gli auguri di rapida guarigione ad Andrea.
Credo che la cordialità e l'ospitalità da parte nostra sia stata la stessa che abbiamo con tutti gli ospiti.

Relaxing weekend
Accommodation at the foot of the Mountain. We stayed here one night for a relaxing weekend in the mountains.
Very large structure, surrounded by greenery and silence.
Rooms clean and with everything you need.
Breakfast not included but if you want to eat are all homemade products.
Esperienza positiva!!
Ps. For those who want you can eat in the green, have a spa or relax on deckchairs on a background in the green!!
