Cortesia e gentilezza

Siamo stati benissimo,camera accogliente ,molto pulita bagno con phon,la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile,a pochi passi dal centro di Avezzano lo consiglio veramente,si sta benissimo,la gente del posto e' indescrivibile

Terrible.

The worst I have ever found in Italy; on the website, air conditioning and a fridge were specified, but upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning did not exist at all, and in a smelly little room, there was a fridge that was turned off and dirty, the light above the bed did not work, and the toilet was broken. I ask myself, is something like this even possible in 2026?????? And then why do you write that there is air conditioning???????? P.S. the windows had no screens; to breathe a little by opening the window, the mosquitoes had a feast. Zero rating.

Discreet Room, Details to Improve

Clean and nicely decorated room, but some details to improve:
Broken bulb in the mirror in the bathroom (1 in 2)
Limestone on taps
Missing a shelf in the bathroom (there are only 2 drawers)
Missing the whole mirror
Missing where to hang jackets
Shutters do not close so light comes in
Air conditioning is present but with extra payment and is NOT indicated, it is said orally at check-in

Chilly...

Nice place located in the city center. The rooms are quite comfortable except that despite the cold we were without heating. Impossible to take a shower in the evening because there was no hot water. I recommend staying in the summer

Morti di freddo

Camera fredda appena arrivati. Siamo usciti ed al nostro rientro la camera era ancora fredda. Alla richiesta di accendere i riscaldamenti ci hanno risposto che ci sono le coperte invernali. Temperatura in camera 12* circa.
