Excellent experience!

Alghero is enchanting and does not need reviews, but I absolutely must recommend the Da Umby property because we had a wonderful time. The rooms are lovely, functional, and very clean; the location is excellent because it is very close to the center, but above all, I must thank Umberto for his absolute helpfulness, kindness, and service. I recommend this property without a doubt. A note of excellence: I highly recommend Umberto's restaurant, Marco Polo. Excellent, genuine food, everything homemade. All of this is accompanied by the invaluable presence of Umberto, who also guarantees 5-star service here. We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable property close to the beach.
A quiet area and Umberto was a welcoming, helpful, and very kind host from the very first moment!

Perfect

Beautiful place near the sea, ideal for getting around the beautiful city on foot, it is possible to park the car in the immediate vicinity. Thoroughly clean room and a fridge for all your needs. I recommend it with my eyes closed

Good despite the -ve points

Umberto was friendly but seemed to be in a rush. Breakfast was ok but prepacked diy. Clean and tidy. Good location about 10mn walk from old town which is well worth exploring.
Unfortunately due to late arrival and not comms we struggled to checkin straight away. However when we did contact umberto it didnt take long. Slight odour on arrival which could have been dealt with by ventilation before arrival. Room supplied wasnt as per the photos however it was ok. We didnt find the rules document until we left which had the wifi details on it. Local parking wasnt easy on a saturday evening.
