Beautiful hotel, ideal location. Clean and tidy

Outstanding hotel situation near Manger Square. Clean, tidy rooms all very large and with comfortable beds. Very helpful and lovely staff. Being here for Christmas Eve was truly special. Wonderful breakfast.

Amazing comfort and friendly ❤️‍

More than amazing, great location in central, staff are very friendly lovely and welcoming, first hotel I stay in they offer you free coffee and dessert, hotel is luxury staff is more than amazing, Thank you so much especially summer she helps a lot you can ask her about activities and places in Bethlehem she’s very friendly and helpful ❤️‍

An example of excellence in hospitality

With no exaggeration, the single best service I have ever received at a hotel. Staff is kind and will do anything to help you. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and you are situated right in the middle of everything you might want to do. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Acceptable Hotel for Short Stay

We stayed in the Shepherd Hotel for three nights during our Holy Land trip in November 2022, and we found it acceptable. The rooms were clean, the bedding comfortable, and it was quiet so we slept well. The bathroom didn't have any bathing soap or shampoo, but it did have hand soap by the sink. We had to call the front desk a couple of times before someone came and got the AC working. There was always delay getting to the hotel in the evening because of the military checkpoints in Bethlehem. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of selection.
