We were on the Great Saturday Easter Eve, it was really nice a lot of landscape and stunning views, not some kind of standard hotel room, kept like most hotels,

We were on the Great Saturday Easter Eve, there was really nice plenty of space and stunning views, and not some kind of standard hotel room, kept like most hotels, relatively clean, the food of the Redemption is delicious but relatively expensive, in short the price is really worth the exchange,

Very poor Price quality ratio

Very poor Price quality ratio. Nicely decorated room, but very poorly maintained. Broken tiles in the bathroom, a dirty/unwashed bathtub on arrival (see photos), damaged walls, dirty fridge...
More than anything, no breakfast on site (contrary to the photos on the site): you have to go with a cowherd to a bar in the neighborhood (!). The room that serves as a desk and unoccupied most of the time. Avoid it.

This is a group of apartments on the entire 21st floor in a residential/commercial bldg. The main lobby has a doorman and on the 21st floor there is a front desk office which is helpful for dropping off luggage etc. staff were friendly and accommodating and I appreciated communicating via What’s Ap. Great location and price IMO. Free coffee machine also a nice plus. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Great Service, Spacious, Amazing Views

A hidden gem of Jerusalem, the "21st Floor Hotel" is perched on the 21st floor of the oldest skyscraper of the city (City Tower.) It is located in the heart of Jerusalem, a five minute walk to the Mahane Yehudah Shuk (outdoor market.) This luxury hotel has it all. The staff was amazing and responsive 24/7. The 2-story apartments are well-appointed with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a breathtaking view overlooking the city. Prices are reasonable, considering what the hotel offers. Highly recommended. Thank you so much מלון הקומה ה21 21Floor Hotel for an amazing stay. Will definitely be back.

View was amazing. The apartment had a cool vibe. The hot water didn’t work for the last 24 hours, they offered to move me. So I can’t complain.
