The property is gorgeous, the restaurant and bar was great and overall the experience at the hotel was beyond what we expected.

Overall we add a really good stay! Doors are heavy so in the morning you can ear everyone getting out of their room!

Good despite few hiccups.

A little mixed here. 230euro with continental breakfast. Double rooms very small with wardrobes that really don't need to be as big as they are. A little outside the town which was fine for us as I drive. Did ask about bigger room and was offered one but it was top floor and far too warm. Because room was small we were offered free full breakfast which unfortunately we didn't get down for as it finishes at 10am which is too early for a Sunday morning in my opinion. Arrived back late to hotel saturday night probably about 1.30 and had to ring to be left in which was fine if i didnt have to ring again as noone arrived so about 10mins outside waiting to be left in. Checkout is 12 which is great if u are not woken abruptly by a guy with a trimmers outside ur window at 9 am. I rang down and was told a manager was sorting it out but it didn't stop for 20 mins .housekeeping were knocking on the door at 11.55 and didn't stop knocking until answered. I informed her checkout was at 12 and I would be another few minutes. Also very noisy in general all morning with doors banging and housekeeping going room to room. I obviously did not get the rest I went away for. We did bring all this up on checkout and a lovely manager Sean sorted out adequate reimbursement for our inconvenience. Overall the staff in reception were very present and Sean was very apologetic and professional. It is a beautiful hotel I cannot say otherwise. The bed was very comfortable despite the size of the room. I probably would stay again but request a larger room in quieter part of hotel. Good parking also available. I would recommend dho that if checkout is 12 that they serve breakfast until 11 at least, especially on weekends when people like to have a rest in the morning.

Initially they gave me a room right next to the main aircon system that was extremely loud even with the window closed.
I have to ask for another room, that luckily it was available. Otherwise I would have had to find another place for the night.
The room was nice and big, clean with a refrigerator and coffees.
The restaurant was ok!

Great Hotel and helpful staff at all times.
Although 5 min taxi to centre Killarney, cost was fair.
Comfortable Bed and extensive Irish breakfast.
Well done Heights Hotel
